Review 1：Room was not clean, for a non-smoking room, cigarette burns on sofa, stains all over carpet, bathroom light kept flickering, no hair dryer. Outside light was not on, almost missed the place.

Review 3：noisy. no blow dryer in room had to get ant front desk no iron in room had to get at front desk shower faucet leaked all night. curtains did not close all the way. Noisy room. the carpet was stained. The bed spread had cigarette holes burned into it. The chair was ripped. no TV guide for available channels. The door to the bathroom frame was rotted out at bottom. The lamp shaded were cracked & broken as well as the lamps themselves were cracked & ripped especially the desk lamp. I could not read the phone directory. I was put in a no smoking room that smelled like smoke as well as cigarette holes in furniture. The ice machine was not working properly there was a mound of ice in tray & none would eject. The whole place was full of people just "hanging out" very seedy & for a single female very uncomfortable. Too many people coming & going all night long. It gave the impression that something was not on the up & up. Pictures on booking site need to be updated to reflect the real conditions of this motel.

Review 5：Dirty, worn down , stained and cigarette holes and burns over the whole room and furniture. Carpet ripped up in places and very stained. Light fixture broken. Bed slats broken. This was supposedly a non smoking room. Will NEVER EVER go back! I can not believe that the health department has not closed this place down.

Review 7：Arrived at 11pm. Very intimidating people outside, in lobby, and in courtyard right outside our door. Room was disgusting. Mold on underside of comforter, carpet dirty and stained, 1 bath & 2 hand towels were gray, stained & threadbare. Because it was parents weekend at UARK & there were no other options, we reluctantly stayed. All night there was yelling, screaming, & fighting in the courtyard and a 6 am a fighting couple began shoving up against our door. We debated calling 911 but really just wanted to get out. We had registered for 2 nights but ended up finding a room for 4 times the rate which we were happy to pay. I would've demanded our money back for the first night but felt so sorry for the young man at the front desk who seemed ashamed and embarrassed. This place should be closed down immediately.

Review 8：The room where I stayed with my wife was run-down (dirty walls, old and dirty furniture, cigarette holes in the sheets). It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it very strongly smelled like smoke so our clothes and baggage stank for days. The floor above us was used for some kind of longer-term stays and there was a lot of traffic and loud conversations during the night so we couldn't sleep well. The price of 66 USD per night in the Heritage Inn in Springdale, AR was slightly higher than the price of a similar hotel in New Orleans where my wife and I stayed a couple of days earlier but the quality was significantly worse and there was no breakfast.

Review 10：The room was a non smoking room and it smelled of cigarettes had to clean all cloths when we got home as they stunk! then the pool was ice cold and dirty, they did start to clean it the day we left. Both myself and the lady I was traveling with did not feel safe, as they have weekly tenants living in the rooms and they were loud all night long even in the early am, 2 am someone banged on our window. Then in the bathroom the lady I was with turned on the light and there was a cockroach that went underneath the tub, Not surprised as on the corner of the building there were piles of trash bags. If you are smart stay away from this place.

This room was so filthy I took pictures to include in a complaint to the chain and Booking.com. 3.8 is too high I am currently staying in a place that is 20% lower in price and 100% nicer.

Review 22：Terrible experience. Miscreants running around at all hours of the night. Looks more like a halfway house than it does a hotel. Reserved 3 days, couldn't sleep the first 2 so got a refund on 3rd day but mgt wouldn't refund the previous night. Ended up booking another hotel.

Review 25：The front desk guy was rude. The room was disgusting. The lock on our room door was broken. There was people running around at 4am with some girl screaming. You could hear the person in the room above peeing. The ceiling was leaking in the hallway. It just was a horrible and gross experience. I would NOT recommend for any one to stay here. I honestly don't know how they are still in business and haven't been shut down.

Review 27：Everything is run down. The security latch on the door had been broken off. Our room was on the ground floor with windows facing a common area that anyone could access without a key or without having to pass the front desk. The advertised "indoor pool" was actually just under a dirty overhang and was completely drained. The tables in the common area were covered in construction scraps.

Review 31：Selected for both what appeared to be very appealing value for amenities advertised and for location, we we sorely disappointed to see our room: the carpeting was heavily stained and dirty, and a used towel lay on the floor behind the commode. When I personally walked up front and spoke to management I was informed that they were aware of the problem with housekeeping. We weren't offered a clean room and no one came to pick up that towel. We went to the front desk in the morning for the typically expected minimal refreshments, to be told that service had been discontinued. To our dismay I spoke again with the 'check-out' agent that spoke broken English and voiced my frustration at the diminished quality of the accomodations, to be told in front of my wife and another set of patrons, and I quote..."what did you expect for such a low rate?" I'm ashamed to have been seen on the property, and will never be seen there again.

Review 32：As a single traveler very frightening. Outside doors broken so anyone could come in. Yellow tape and things stored like furniture right next to the pool. No lights in the room. Torn up carpet.... Felt very dirty and and UNSAFE!

Review 38：Old and a bit run down. A lot of people live permanently here which seemed odd to me. The first room they put us in the roof leaked, TV remote didn't work, toilet didn't flush well, and beds were uncomfortable.

Review 39：The staff was very nice. Gladly moved us to another room when we found a leak in ours. The second room was much nicer than the first. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom area was very clean.

Review 40：The first room we were in, we heard a cat in the middle of the night. Turns out it was under our bed and had crapped in the room. They moved us to a second room in the middle of the night that smelled awful. Finally the third room was at least decent enough to sleep in but still was filthy and the shower didn't work.

Review 42：Very unclean and stained. Stinks of cigarettes everywhere. It looks like this motel is used for several other purposes other than a motel.

Review 44：The internet access was horrible, as in so slow it was totally useless.The air conditioning was terribly inefficient; it took two days to coolthe room down to livable level. Light bulbs were missing from severalfixtures. Door jamb to bathroom was rotting and unsightly. Advertised"free breakfast" was never in evidence nor offered. No list ofavailable television channels; remote control battery cover missing..Temperature selector to shower was non-adjustable; you had to use whatit was set for. No handicapped parking or curb cuts/ramps.

Review 46：Not well maintained. The paint in our room was peeling off the walls. The carpet was badly stained. The bedding was torn and had holes in it. The appliances were very outdated. The shower was not great and you kinda felt like you might fall through the floor. There was shotty repair work behind the sink. Just not a nice room.

Review 47：The room was incredibly clean. We were actually surprised at just how clean it was. We travel often and have stayed at very expensive hotels that weren't that clean. The staff was very nice. There was no weird smell, which was shocking considering the room was in disrepair. It wasn't noisy at all. Probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but at first glance it looks dirty because of the poor maintenance.

Review 81：For a non-smoking facility, they should have cleaned the drapes and bedspreads. The pillows were ancient and should have been replaced. I struggled to make the shower work, the AC unit was so loud that the TV volume would have had to be turned way up to hear it. The toilet played a very loud symphony for five minutes every time it flushed. While they have a designated smoking area, people were smoking all over the property.

Review 83：Our room was filthy. It was late when we checked in and so tired from attending our granddaughters graduation that we didn't notice the very dirty room except for the not so good aroma. What a rude awakening the next morning. I took pics for proof of the dirty shower, floor, etc. The grime was so thick on the walls above shower and also had a long dark hair on top of bath tub. Yuck! The thoughts of someone else's hair turns my stomach! There was clutter all over the floors and the pinkish colored walls were in need of paint. The and sofa was too dirty to touch. The bed was ok and sheets were clean. I paid for two rooms and was so embarrassed for the couple that we took with us. They would have never stayed in a place like this. We couldn't even drink the orange juice. It was either watered down or something. I think they should pay me for staying there.

Just a few of the top ones included: actual live bigbugs in bed found when we woke up, shower didnt drain so floor flooded,soap given to use was the size of chiclet gum, stains on floor thatlooked like large oil stains, air conditioner broke in night so woke upto very stuffy room - with bugs, couch was ripped and missing springs,people outside looked like they just broke out of jail and rode withHell's Angels bike gang, doors outside our room and above our roomopened and shut about 5 to 7 times every hour all through the night, Ikept thinking all through the night that I was either in a horror movieand I am still having nightmares regarding the whole incident.
