Review 1：Was Not Allowed To Look At Rooms Before Completing Deal. Was Misled About Size And Condition OF Rooms. Heat Was Iffy. no Window Locks. Bad Plumbing

Review 3：This place is a dump. We smelled like ashtray for two days after spending one night here in a non smoking room. It felt like sleeping inside of a cigarette butt. Only one of four lights had bulbs. No fan in bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed. Other guests are long term residents with loud tvs and barking dogs. Spend more money and stay elsewhere or regret it like I did.
Review 4：Laundry room/weight room smelled and looked dirty. The pool clesed to early. To many people lived their and just hung out outside we had to walk by and thru them.

Requested to cancel second night and they refused. Charged for both nights stayed only one.... Disappointing... They had plenty of time to fill the room with other guests...

Review 8：Do not use the Japanese restaurant on site. The most atrocious chickenteriyaki I have ever been served. I sent it back after two mouthfulls!The owner refused to take the meal off the bill. Husband had sushimi,quite a lot ( to be fair) slices of raw fish .... but heaped up on theplate, no sense of presentation and obviously couldn't care. Paidour bill with reluctance but ... We will still be eating good Japanesefood long after this place has gone out of business!!
Review 9：It was en route to .denver airport ... which is the only reason westayed there. But at the price we paid, nothing to complain about.
Review 10：A basic, old fashioned motel, not new, but clean and spacious rooms compared to newer chain hotels/motels. If you need a place to sleep and don't care about high-end amenities, this is a good place.

Review 18：The AC in the room was off, so the room was very warm for the first 30-45 minutes of our stay. The fridge was unplugged and open, so that would have taken a while to cool had we needed to use it during our stay.

Review 24：The "non smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. As for the outside... I was worried I'd have to deal with a drug bust or a shooting. The only reason I didn't cancel the reservation when I drove up is because I couldn't find another place with a room available. I wouldn't recommend it

Review 32：The motel was not bad for the price. However, the heater was broken and we woke up to 59 degrees. Not good if you have RA. Called front desk, RUDE. No solution to problem. Left without showering as didn't want to make a bad situation worse. Moved to Baymont Hotel. Highly recommend BAYMONT.
Review 33：There was roaches in the bathroom fighting for their space in the room. The beds were hard like a brick, the tv was blurry and I'm sure most people's great grandparents have a more updated model. Motel 6 is a better choice if that's possible.

In addition the bathroom was not clean, AC was moldy. We could not stay in the room. We checked out after 20 minutes and drove another 8 hrs. closer to our destination.

The lamp shade was broken and cracked, The tub and sink were very stained and scratched with burn marks on them. The bed was an OLD inter spring. The curtains were dirty and falling off the rod. This place is a dump. Beware
Review 45：I came back to stay again and the girl at the front desk said "not really" when I asked her if they had available rooms. Then I asked if that means they have rooms or they don't and she said, "No." So I left, then checked booking.com and it listed rooms being available. I decided not to bother with it and stayed at the Motel 6 across town. In general the motel has a run down feel to it. Great value for the location but not such a great value in terms of the room and facilities you're paying for.

The carpets needed deep cleaning, such as steam-cleaning. Bathroom tub had cigarette burns on the surface. Pool was not filled when arrived at the Santa Fe Inn.

Will not be going back.

Review 113：Room was dirty. Dusty baseboards and carpet corners. Trash had dirty Q-tips in it. The TV would not shut off or change channels. Not manually or by remote. Had to unplug it from the wall. Fridge didn't work. Cigarette burns on the curtains, furniture, bathtub, carpet and bedding. It was a non smoking room. Room smelled stale. There was a couch stored on its side in the ice room. No ice machine in there only storage space. Clock had wrong time. Room was hot. Could not find thermostat for the heater. Duct tape around air conditioner unit. Thin walls are to be expected but the weekly tenants were loud.. Very loud.
Review 114：Desk clerk was nice but seemed confused and unorganized. Within walking distance to food and brewery type places. If you're brave enough. The price was cheap but stayed in nicer places for that price or less.

The walls were thin and I heard every conversation the folks next to us had ALL night long! I would not ever stay there again nor would I recommend it. The morning we checked out the desk clerk made me feel like a criminal in that he made us wait outside the lobby while he checked the room so I could get my cash deposit back. I was VERY DISSATISFIED!
Review 118：They hadnt 'turned on the boiler yet', so when checked in the front desk fellow brought us up a space heater.(?) Okay, but it was digital, 4 buttons and none with any markings, so could never get it quite right. Too warm, then too cool. That kinda sucked.
Review 119：Price first. Place ws basically no frills, but still - coffe maker, fridge, firm mattress, plenty of hot water. The remote wasnt bolted to the side table, and for those of you who know what I mean, this could have been a place like that, but you could tell they're trying harder. It made a difference. Cable. Decent TV set. Very centrally located. If you to walk to eat, drink, shoot pool, get drunk and walk home, nice spot.
