Review 1：Our apartment was recently renovated and was vey clean when we arrived. There is more equipment in the flat available than what we are used to have (HD TV with more than 70 digital channels, including films, hair dryer, electrical BBQ, safety equipment, ...) in similar resorts. Very practical is the use of the digital key as well as the digital information brochure we received from the owner. The booking was very easy and we are pleased with our choice. The price was budget level, which means that the price / quality level is excellent. Communication with the owner was very good as well. We can recommend this place

Review 2：Couldn't find BBQ area and got no idea where to get WI-FI. No reception office, no leaflets or info. Derelict swimming pool spoiled site which was quite neat. Pictures on booking.com did not show the old looking blocks. Had to find glass recycling bins off site by ourselves. We only saw a few shops 10 mins away, only one food shop, not really as described..

Review 6：Rooms are not as big as in the picture. We were 4 and rented for 6 person and we had great tıme but my friend were 4 and rented for 4 person but his room was very small and building was old.

Review 8：- Squeeky doors. - bad odour from the toilets. - there were no toilet papers, soap, towels in the toilet. No dishwashing detergent. - A security deposit of 195 EUR was returned only after multiple mails and calls to the apartment contacts. - Park Atlantis has multiple apartments in the a residential locality, It took us more than 20 mins to in touch with the host and get an entry into the apartment. - No wi-fi.

Review 9：- Beautiful location, very close to the beach. Say around 10 mins of walk or 2 mins of drive will get you to the beach. - Nice and big playground around the residential apartment. - quiet and cosy. - The lady (i forgot her name) helped us as much as possible. In fact she fetched some toilet papers from her home for the first night stay. - Cheap stay - Free parking. - The kitchen was well equipped, but a bit shoddy and old though.

Please note that a damage deposit payable in advance by bank wire is required. The deposit is 135 EUR for One-Bedroom Apartments and for the Studio and 195 EUR for Two-Bedroom Apartments. This deposit is refundable and will be returned within two weeks after an inspection of the apartment upon departure.In case the property is left in an excessive state of dirtiness an additional fee of EUR 30 can be asked on top of the normal cleaning fee.Please inform Park Atlantis of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.A security deposit of EUR 195 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.A prepayment deposit by wire transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any wire transfer instructions.
