Review 1：The property is in dire need of repair, the furniture is out dated, mattresses need upgrading as does the paint and decorating.

Review 3：Very dangerous area for crime..we left within 30 minutes of arriving we were being watched and was told by next hotel in bridgeport that we had no business being in the area and would of been in big troubleg

Review 5：I did not like when you go to check in there was a bad oder and then the upstairs made lots of noise was not very pleasant would not go back to that one if I could I would get my money back for the stay it was that bad
Review 6：When we got there because I made a mistake and didn't put my kids on there the guy changed our room from a nice room to a horrible room that smelled like smoke he said because the other people that had kids they peed the bed and food drums on the bed and floor. I use to work at a hotel and that's what housekeeping gets paid for. He then switched us back and said if there is crumbs anywhere then he was going to charge me extra

Review 8：Front counter worker was smoking at the desk. He barely spoke English and the rooms were not like what was pictured, very run down property.
Review 9：The building was dated and did not look like the picture if the picture was accurate i would have upgraded to a better hotel. The bathroom was dirty. The bed was nice but the room is not what i would advertise as a suite.

Review 11：Person at the desk spoke very little English and overcharged me. The room was nasty and the entire motel was falling apart. Not enough towels. Not enough pillows. Dirty linens. Just an all around miserable experience.

Review 13：The pictures that are posted are not what the building looks like atall. We didn't even go into our room, we checked in at the desk andleft and found another hotel. I wish I could get my money back.
Review 14：very outdated, electrical plugs pulled out from wall, shower head pulled away from shower seemed like it might fall off, outdated heating, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, had to pay up front for room which made it seem like some people booking rooms perhaps did not stay for the entire night

Review 16：It was not worth what we paid, the pictures of the place must be 20 years old. The facility was very ran down, and old. The room smelled musty and dingy. It felt like a horror movie was filmed there. There was bugs in the room. The bathroom was the size of a closet and the showered didnt look to cleanly. The sheets had stains and so did the towels.

Review 18：Everything. We woke up at 2:30 am wth shot being fired and sirens. Learn the next am on news on TV the shooting was between the hotel and Speedway gas station. We didn't even stay our second night we had reserved. Turned our keys in and left.

"no partying" paper thin walls- i heard EVERTYTHING... and by that i mean, i could distinctly hear the difference from the person above me changing the pressure on the showerhead. The bed was very hard. between the bed and all the noise, sleeping was difficult Staff only made bed and emptied trash. No real cleaning. No papertowels/ kleenex/ napkins I am a very nice, polite young woman of 22- the staff treated me like i was extremely suspicious looking- like a young thug. There is no free wifi.

Review 23：Welcome Inn is a cheap place to spend the night. You definitely get what you pay for, - a good place to spend the night. Some write bad reviews about the place, - but what do they expect for that price? The couple in charge of the hotel are friendly and helpsom!
Review 24：Hair on the sheets and on pillow.moved to the room next door, bug on the sheets. Asked for a refund, manager tried to cancel the transaction but was not sure it cancelled. Told me to check my account in a few days. Huge hotel, only three cars in the parking lot at 10pm on a Friday night. Now I know why. Will NEVER stay there. Went to a Fairfield Inn which was perfect.

Review 29：Pushy room service. We asked if they could come back a little later. She returned a half hour later with the manager who almost pushed his way in. We told them we didnt need anything and they continued insisting until my Fiance finally gave them our towels. Also our sheets had a mysterious yellow stain and my pillow smelled like like someone (Previous room occupant). The condition of the property was also not very well taken care of. Needless to say we left a night early so we wouldnt have to stay another night.

Review 58：The cleaning staff LEFT OUR DOOR OPEN for anyone to STEAL anything out of our room since it opens onto the road! When we went to the staff, they just said "Sorry" and said the manager would be in the next day by 11:30 or so. We had to leave before that time. The staff rounded UP the tax to an even number. We were to pay $79.95 plus 11% tax for two night and we paid $90 instead of $88.75.

Review 64：There isn't anything good I can say about this place. Room was cold and despite of bringing it to their attention nothing was done about it. There was no flat sheet and the blanket was old and worn out. Bathroom walls and ceiling were peeling off. Bottom of the bathroom door frame had broken and looked like that they had been chewed up. Bathtub was plugging up when taking shower.
Review 65：They didn't speak English, the bathroom was dirty, the door wasjanky and didn't close unless you kicked it. The sheets hadstains and cigarette burns. There was a used McDonald's cup inthe mini fridge.

Review 69：1. The entire room was dirty2. Carpet was stained and filthy 3. Wall lamps were tilted 4. Dressers had dirt and debris in them and I had to ask for them to be cleaned out. 5. No Bath towels and only 2 wash cloths. 6. I was bumped from my air flight and arrived next morning and manager charged me for two nights. 7. Windows were broken. 8. Heater/Air Cond. was broken, but functional. 9. No ice bucket, but I would have been afraid to drink the water. 10. I am 70 years old and do a lot of traveling. This was the worst experience I ever had in a motel. I really am not that picky and overlook most things. What I would say to the owner of the motel chain is to go see for yourself as an undercover traveler. I am a realist and I'm telling you that I will sleep in my car rather than go through another night as I did in the Saginaw Welcome Inn and Suites on 6 June 2013.
