Review 1：I paid up for a 4.5 star hotel and received much less. Over paid for transportation,buffet was below average.room was not properly restocked for our second night. Very disappointed.

Review 16：This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was gorgeous and clean. Our flight came in early at 9:00AM and they held our luggage for us. In addition, they gave us a call when the room was ready around 1:00PM and let us check-in early with no additional cost. Also, the views from this hotel were breathtaking. The location to the public transportation system and nightlife was great too. Everything is a 5-10minute max walk.

Review 26：The room we were given was in rough shape; to their credit, the hotel employs a very helpful, professional maintenance worker, who got what he could to work. The base wifi was sluggish, so you pay for the premium connection. Construction work began at about 6:30 AM immediately above our room. I question the wisdom of keeping that particular floor of the hotel in service during construction. You're probably losing Loews money in the long run, as friendly staff can't always make up for short-sighted management decisions. I would go out of my way to avoid a Loews hotel in the future, regardless of how good the location was.
