Review 2：Beautiful setting, walk to Brienz with great access then to public transport fir whole area. Great roomy apartment
Review 3：The location is next to a military airbase, with unfathomably loud jets flighting low and slow directly overhead on landing approach. The apartment itself reeked of stale mustiness during the entire stay. With all the radiators on full, it was still always quite chilly inside. Sewer odors arose in the bathroom on day 3. Snoring from guests upstairs was quite annoying. Very close neighborhood, so the only views are always looking up at mountains (good and bad, there).
Review 4：The patio/table/chairs/garden were quite relaxing and pleasant to enjoy. The view of the mountains, with the changing light of the sun were refreshing. Close enough walk to the lake to enjoy that. Very clean/impressive chalet homes in the neighborhood (nice for afternoon/evening walks).
Review 5：- Towels, pillow covers and bed linens are not included in the booking price. Also the cleaning charge is a bit high(CHF150). So, the actual price is considerably higher than the booking price. - The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. - There's no view of the lake from the apartment even though it was mentioned so in the listing.

Review 14：It wasn't clear during the booking that we're staying on the ground floor. Photos from web site show different living room which I guess are from the apartment on the 1st floor (there you can even see the lake). So make sure you ask Rolf (the owner) in advance which floor you prefer. Apartment needs either a bit more fresh air or some nice air scents because it smelled a bit of an old house.

Review 16：Excellent location. Its a independent bunglow with 2 functional bathrooms. Owner Rolf is extremely helpful and nice person. We really had a nice stay (4 nights, 5 days) and everyone in the family was happy with the bunglow and the facilities.

Review 18：This was my second trip to interlaken, I enjoyed staying in the chalet as located near to brainz lake and very quite place, the chalet itself has big living room and 2 toilet and 2 bedroom and private place to stay outside, I highly recommend it for the families who are looking for privacy and quite place to stay, near by the chalet in about 2 kilometers all the shops and restaurants, I really would like to thanks the owner of the apartment Mr.Rolf who made my stay excellent and above the expectations.
