Review 1：they did not have my Reservation and should them my confirmation paper and still no good so I CALL and stayed at a different hotel and restaurant and lounge are Close
Review 2：Carpet was dirty. Exterior doors badly in need of paint. Hair in bathtub. Had to ask for different towels, because first ones were badly stained. Would not stay here again.

Review 4：Hotel did not accommodate with a downstairs room as requested by phone, wife had knee replacement surgery and was made to traverse the stairs. Staff stated it was only a request and we can not guarantee downstairs

Review 10：The lady who checked me in was great. very helpful she made my stay amazing put her customers first and ensured we were satisfied. Great beds and decor.
