Review 1：Breakfast substandard...even though remodeling was being done they could have done a much better job. Bathroom tiny. Beds very uncomfortable. Rooms overpriced.

Review 3：Very courteous staff and nice room. Great breakfast also but the dining area/room was too small. We've stayed in a lot of Best westerns and this was the best by far.

Review 4：We had a handicap room. Parking was right outside the door but you had to walk through gravel or walk around staircase, 2-3 parked cars to get to a ramp. Not handicapped friendly.

Review 5：Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and was managed by an employee that cared for his customers. Checkin and checkout was efficient and completed by friendly associates.

Review 6：Tawdry, rundown facility. Rust and corrosion in bathroom. Dirty carpet. Defective drape pull. Cheap, rough toilet and face tissues. AC/heating system so loud it destroyed sleep. The upside? Lovely staff. Overall a dreary facility. I expected better of Best Western.

Low water pressure in the shower when it worked as the hot water was broken from 8 am until the next morning. We had to go to bed feeling dirty. Ver nosy rooms. We could hear room doors and car doors slamming The ac/ heater fan only had one speed so it was difficult to try and drown out the outside noise.

Sadly, my wife's grand mother passed away during our visit and had to stay three extra nights .The hotel offerd us a bereavement rate for the last three nights which was greatly appreciated!

Review 53：The shower leaked water everywhere and the tub was super small. The toilet backed up right away. The refrigerator was noisy and irritating. The mattress was a cheap one. Every time my wife moved the mattress shook. I hate mattresses that transfer movement.

I was not happy with the way I was told that I must had left the do not disturb sign out, I was offered towels or anything I may need. Review 117：When I ask the gal at the desk I hope it didn't have a view of the freeway, she said no, I didn't really expect then to be looking right at the stairwell and dark cubby station. No view and the rooms on both sides did have a view of the pool or landscape. Very unhappy with the location of room. The hotel was not full. Didn't bother to ask for another room, I was tired and didn't want the hassle. Will learn next time.

Review 118：We will be staying there again soon. Enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. The room was very well laid out, interior done perfect, comfortable bed, nice colors and felt very clean.

Review 119：The first suite they gave us was very dirty, we immediately advise them that it was unacceptable. The next day they relocated us to another suite and reduced the rate. We have made reservations for three nights later this month.
