Review 1：The only two downsides were the bar area was a little lacking in atmosphere and did not compete with surrounding entertainment. The room we had was facing outward to street and was close to railway which is loud. Best to request pool facing room.

Review 2：The Hotel was well located for all amenities, not having to use our car all the time we were there. The room was well appointed and of good standard. Parking was great and easy to access.

Review 5：The staff all were just fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows weren't the usual foam filled. The location one block from atlantic Ave was ideal.

Review 6：On the first day, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean my room. I called down to the front desk and although it was evening, they sent someone up to clean it.

Review 18：The bathroom has a glass door. While it was very pretty, it is ridiculous. Any light shines straight through it and every sound in the bathroom is very loud for the people in the room. It was like I was in the bathroom when my husband was in there. He took a shower while I was trying to sleep and I might as well have been in there with him it was so loud.

Review 22：Train nearby sounds horn 3-4 times in middle of the night/early morning. Like 3AM. Air did not cool. Room was hot. Noisy. You could hear the tv and people next door. Elevators make a lot of noise like they were going to get stuck. Breakfast eggs were burnt. Stains on roof from leaks. Burn spots on carpet.

Review 24：I was eating breakfast and one of the staff was mopping the floor where we were eating breakfast....moving chairs at same table we were sitting to clean under them. I don't think they should clean while people are eating. He was stopping to watch TV sports that were on at the same time. It just seemed wrong to me and I did mention it to the front desk clerk. Otherwise I loved everything.

Review 26：Smokers gather at the front entrance because the facility is smoke free. They stink up the entrance. You should put in a fan to blow their smoke away.

Review 29：Room wasn't clean. Chairs in lobby very dirty as was a hammock. All chairs noted to be used extensively and showing age. The killer is the dirt seen on the chairs. The breakfast was meager and not up to comparison from other hotels in this class with free breakfast. Additionally, there was a charge to park care of over 17. per day ( more with taxes)

Review 30：a) breakfast is included in price, but: the tables are not prepared, the dishes are in plastic, sometimes dirty, the food is everyday the same. b) we stayed there 9 days and they never change the bed sheets. We got the reception excuses when we checked out. that's it.

Review 31：the staff was always friendly. nothing to say with that. We rent a car for a couple days, and as we were out for one night, they counterchanged giving us the free parking.

Review 34：I had a bad experience with house keeping where they did not clean our room. I mentioned this to the front desk at 4 oclock pm and said I would be out for about 5 hours. When I came back the room was still not serviced, The manager basically insulted me with the offer of 1/2 off a future nights stay. He should have told us to enjoy a free beverage or sandwich at the bar while he corrected the situation. I guess they don`t teach problem solving skills at the Hyatt. I was staying at the hotel because of my mothers passing so I guess I wasn`t in the mood for his curtness. Sid Cooper

Review 35：Let me get this part out of the way, first. *Hallway carpet seems dirty,some areas the carpet is frayed. *Certain areas of the main Floor commonspaces needed attention. (Looks / feels worn and unattended) *Thiswasn't the first time, but again the room had the bottom of a sofasection bottom falling out, the overall appearance of the room lookeddisheveled when walked in and carpet had obvious areas of missed beingvacumed. *Some rude person left their breakfast mess at a Lobby sittingarea and it was still there when we left to go to lunch. *The selectionof food in the case was the most uninteresting and tasteless packedfood(ugh!!!) I've ever had in Traveling. *Someone should walkthrough the pool / lounge area mid day and check on the guests andstraighten up the place (lounges & chairs that guests never put backin place) as well as remove towels guest's leave around and checkthe towel supply!That's All!

Review 36：I have always enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt in Delray. (I did write a fewNegatice comments that I felt were worth noticing/mentioning inhopes of bringing them to your attention.) My stays at the Hotel havealways been Pleasurable. I think some of it comes from the Staff. Foreach time I've been there I've noticed new faces and they alwayshave been helpful, well mannered, seem interested as well as concernedabout you as a Guest. (In Their Home)...and I am speaking of the Frontdesk staff, Housekeeping, and the guy who cleaned up during and afterbreakfast. (I watched him and I felt I wanted to tip that man andcompliment hin in words about his work ethics.) I will continue to stayat The Hyatt as well as put guests up when they come to visit(especially family members)<wink> I Hope you managed to Continuewith the Fine Customer Service you've provided me and my familywith! Review 57：I was very aggravated when I showed up to check in and was told that there were no more rooms with 2 double beds. When I booked the hotel through booking.com, I specifically stated that I needed 2 double beds, as I had 4 travelers. The front desk attendant seemed pretty unsurprised or didn't care much that I was in the predicament. Either way, I feel as though if I book the room a certain way, I should get that when I arrive.

Review 62：Poor customer service, Dropped suits off with them for dry cleaning the day before a wedding and was told it would be done- it wasn't. We missed the ceremony since we had to press our own suits. We ordered room service and they called back 3 hours later to say they couldn't do it because of an issue with another customer. They were unable to get us a cab when we arrived. We had to tell them to take care of us as far as the bill and that in itself was an issue. They took $100 off the bill which was just pretty much mostly tax. The bill also had a parking fee which comes off anyway but they informed us they could take that fee off also since we had an issue. Overall I'm extremely disappointed. For $350 a night the service was on par with motel 8. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Review 64：Tried to check in early 1:20 PM on Thursday and was told there was no rooms available while the guy next to me was getting checked in. The person didn't seem to care at all. Added an extra night (Monday) because of weather and was told the key would work and it didn't and also was told the rate would be the same and was charged more. Breakast was just ok and parking fee of $17.50 a day is a lot considering the $250. per night for room.

There were drops of dried urine on toilet seat, lip stick marks on the glasses, door handles to the bathroom and shower sticky and the night table had a round sticky mark of perhaps old coke or coffee. I had to clean myself, as I preferred to do that than have them come, but I alerted the front desk the next day at check out and they gave me a credit for the night of parking.

Maid service was not good; the bed was not made properly and a empty beer glass from the bar sat on the dresser for two days despite the empty bottle being taken away. This is not representative of previous visits although $15 for parking is steep.

Review 80：First off, when booking the hotel, I chose a one bed queen size. They gave me a two bed full size. I was meeting my wife at the hotel because I was coming from shift (I am a firefighter paramedic). My wife went to the front desk to check in, and they didn't allow her to. Because of this, she had to wait awhile until I got their for them to allow us to check in. Then after seeing that are room wasn't what we chose, I went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. The front desk were not friendly, helpful, or customer service friendly.
