Review 1：Near many eateries, liquor stores, gas stations etc.. Nice comfortable room however the other bed in the room's sheets were not clean. Found hair and dirty spots on them. Construction in the rear of motel a turnoff.
Review 2：Beds were okay-pillows were not good. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Evening woman on desk when we checked in was somber and slow-moving.
Review 3：Close proximity to the airport. However I was misled by posting regarding the free airport shuttle. It is not 24 hours so I had to pay for a cab in each direction.
Review 4：We were not very happy to find out that the planes were actually flying over the motel. I slept through the noise, but it did wake up my friend.

Review 16：The room had a mildew smell when we walked in that we were unable to fix. The shampoo/conditioner was terrible. The website listed hairdryer as an amenity, but the room did not actually come with one. In order to use a hairdryer, you had to call the front desk for them to bring it to you.

Review 20：The room was very seedy looking and in desperate need of remodeling/renovation. The bedspead was stained and the bathroom needed new fixtures. No coffee/tea capabilities in the room. Because the reservation was made through booking.com, the receptionist could not change my room. I think I was bitten by bedbugs. . . .

Review 22：Breakfast was coffee, nothing else, even packaged snacks. Also a $1.50fee to use the safe is ridiculous. No other place does that in myexperience. I had to go and request they not charge for the safe becausewe didn't use it. Also, we didn't get a room with a microwave,but there wasn't even one in the lobby to heat my son's food.I'm sure they had one, but didn't allow us to use it.

Review 24：Night staff was not attentive. Stayed on personal call or cell phone entire time. Did not request a superior room but requested a coffee pot and offered to pay extra. Was told it was not possible! I didn't ask for free. I offered to PAY! Cell phones should be banned. And wi fi was very inconsistent.

Review 30：When I arrived there, the room that I booked was not ready, even at 3 pm and check in is at 1 pm.. Still had to wait an extra hour beyond that. Finally after we get into our non- smoking room it smelled like smoke. I will never stay at the hotel again.

So had to use a taxi, including all the many airport fees, to travel the 1mile to the inn. Our room on ground level smelled very heavily of mould, and beding was damp to touch. Very disapointing

Review 66：Great value for money. We, a family of 5 adults, needed a base for 3 days in Nashville. The reviews were not good, but the price was tempting so we took our chances and booked. We found the location excellent , the staff warm and helpful and a recent refurbishment left spotlessly clean rooms. Red Roof fitted our needs way above our expectations.
Review 67：I booked the room to be at the RedRoof across from Vanderbilt, as I had medical appointments (7 total-so we wanted to be able to walk across the street so we could get plenty of rest) starting at 7:30 am. I doubled checked it was that location. Then got my confirmation email and it was the airport location. There was a concert in town and no rooms were available at that one. Instead of saying it was sold out, they just transferred my reservation to that location I'm guessing. There were no rooms at any other hotels. So had to get up at 5 am.

I absolutely enjoyed my 2 night stay there. I had a Superiour room, maybe those are the renovated rooms, but Excellent ! I even got a call from the front desk the first evening to check if everything was ok and if there was anything they could do for me. Good WiFi. Quiet and safe environment. Coffee at the front desk in the morning. Would reccomend this place to anyone !
