Review 1：The staff in the bar next to front desk.. the service was horrible!! 3 people working but all they did was stand around and talk among themselves...we were so frustrated that we and 4 other patrons moved upstairs to the other bar.. Much better service there!

Review 4：Aloft is in an excellent location, especially if the purpose of your stay is to experience some local food and activities. It's one of the few places you can stay in Oklahoma City and actually walk to a lot of activities. Plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, and the city's NBA arena are within walking distance. While I enjoyed my stay, this is definitely a place geared towards young people. There's a bar and a rooftop, and if you're staying on a weekend night there will definitely be a lot of activity in and around the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others, especially young singles and couples.

Review 8：Everything about it...the location, the staff, the rooms. We hadactually booked a suite online through booking.com I believe. When wearrived we were informed they don't have suites at that particularlocation but gave us some accomodations and credits to make up for that.They were wonderful!!!

Review 21：I did not like the fact that they did not put rose pedals on the bed or chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate my fiance and I's engagement. The bell boy who brought our luggage up also lost her shirt so it did not start off as the best night and the staff did not see to care.

Review 30：Wanted to relive some of our dates downtown before kids without going home afterward. This hotel was a perfect location and had a good feel about it. The rooms were set up differently than most hotels with a fun vibe throughout. Staff was great and the valets were awesome.
Review 31：I did not like going into the room and having no information on anything.I didn't like the surprise parking fee.The band at the bar was pathetic.The workers all agreed and said Chase the manager wouldn't allow the band to sing.Chase was very rude to me when I asked him why he would have a band that would only play the same tune over and over.The breakfast should be complimentary or at least have prices.I will tell everyone I know how bad the aloft is.I can spend half the money I spent somewhere else.Poor management .
Review 32：The things I liked was the comfort of the bed and how clean the place was.
Review 33：It only has valet parking the parking staff needs to get it together. Every time we needed our car it was a problem getting it and when we were checking out it was a fiasco. There was no one to get our car, and when someone finally came we were skipped over several times. We waited in our rooms for 45 minutes. We waited in the lobby for another 35. No one was in a hurry to get the problem taken care of.

Review 35：The bar staff are not friendly never asked me and friend if we needed anything. We had to ask for menus and when we ordered food was rudely told the kitchen was closed. So we left and had to text valet to bring the car back again and go offsite to find food.

I unserstand that they cannot do much about rowdy guests going to their rooms at 2 in the morning and people gunning their engines in the street outside, but the fact that the walls don't keep much of the noise out does a poor job mitigating the environmental nuisances.

Review 40：Staff isn't necessarily friendly and not necessarily rude. Kind of a in between. Younger crowd Is scattered across the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed the valet very much and they were helpful In getting a taxi. You can text them from your phone ahead of time a four digit code, that has them retrieve your car for you and let you know estimated time before it's out front. Standard $15 for valet a night. Ended up paying $50. Every time you retrieve your vehicle they tack onto your bill.
Review 41：Elevator is actually soothing. Safe in room is handy. As well as glass enclosed shower with rainfall showerhead. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower. There is a young crowd here, that woke me up around 2-3, not that big of a deal because we went out to enjoy some of the nightlife as well.

Review 54：This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating when we arrived and their computer system was down. We enjoyed the free pool table down stairs and the bar. The soaps and shower was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the fact that the hotel is pet friendly and that we were able to book online. It was very convient as we are relocating across the country.

Review 63：No restaurant on site. There is a place where you can buy a lot of packaged food fruit and drinks. To get to a parallel street which is a 10 minute walk away with a variety of restaurants requires walking down a very dark street on one side or down a set of steep steps across a road and down a lonely path on the other. I wouldn't have done it on my own and my sister and I didn't feel like doing it in the dark together. As there was no onsite restaurant we ordered pizza and picked up a glass of wine from the onsite bar
