Review 1：Internet was too slow.. no internet at the rooms ever just at the lobby U can't use the safe u have to pay extra money for that in addition most the time the eleveter is broken

Review 9：-Wifi was very bad even in the hall and of course no wifi in the rooms. -The reception guys don't read the special requests which guests ask for on booking.com, even they confirms it but they don't know what is it. -Orange Juice was with 5 TL which is expensive in all other hotels are other paces is with 2 TL -It takes 30 minutes to go to Alanya city

Review 13：Everything was poor quality. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Personnel is very rude and uneducated. Roof was leaking in the rain. The brands they used for breakfast were unknown. There was no wifi in the rooms. Only next to reception. The rooms were nor clean enough. When we arrived there were some hair on the walls of the bathroom. Furniture was very old. Bad was terrible quality. the snacks were inky hamburgers in cold and verg hard bread. And meat was cold. In short it was terrible hotel. Not even 3 stars.

Review 15：No soap in room on arrival! Some refurbishment needed. Water in the pool dirty. Definitely not 5 star, far from 4 star as well. All-inclusive is one of the poorest I have ever seen. Definitely overpriced. Cleaning staff do not understand the meaning of "Do not disturb" sentence.
