Review 1：In one month of travel, this was the worst motel. My advice is to avoid this place at any cost. The owner Mr. Patel, was grouchy & rude. Most unprofessional motel in the worst condition anywhere.
Review 2：To near the Freeway to avoid the constant hum of cars and trucks all night. Bed has seen too many years. Furniture was old and beat-up. Looks like they did a face lift on an 80 year old woman.
Review 3：Easy freeway access. Near restaurants. Clean sheets and shower. Working fridge. Ok, if you are really, really tired and need a place to crash.
Review 4：There were no fitted sheets, no coffee maker and no hair dryer. They charged my credit card prior to check in and I paid cash for the entire stay. They didn't refund my money until Saturday night. .our 2nd night. Will never stay there again.

Review 8：it did not have an iron/ ironing board or coffee pot but we didn't need it anyways. I would have liked to have an alarm clock in the room though.
Review 9：I was very pleasantly surprised. for the looks of it on the website, it did not look appealing, but I needed a room in short notice. when I got there, the front office guy was incredibly nice and helpful. it was not a bad location despite of the what the picture looks like.it was very clean with a big bathroom. close to everything. had a microwave and frig.

Review 11：This is a Motel 6 at Best Western prices. Furniture was very old and worn. The bottom of the floor lamp disintegrated when I lifted it to move it closer to the bed. No TV listing. I was afraid to try to wifi. The picture was taken at night for a reason: the place is dilapidated. I had a sinking feeling when I sad the faded sign on the highway; and I was right. My mistake for waiting to make a last minute reservation (others were booked up). My wife just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible in the morning.
Review 12：Show and sink areas were clean, although the shower curtain had black mold at the bottom. Bed and pillows were adequate.

Review 19：When I got there, the older lady at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. There was a loud tractor trailer truck, near the hotel, with its motor running and I couldn't hear the woman. She begin to yell at me and got very frustrated because she couldn't find my reservation and couldn't hear me. Our reservation was for three nights but I agreed with my fiance, to stay that night because we were tired from traveling. We changed our reservation, deciding not to stay the remaining nights. However, once she found our reservation she was nicer but never apologized for being rude in the first place.
Review 20：Michael, at the front desk, was very friendly and did whatever he could to try to accommodate us! He called before we got there, to see if there was anything he could do for us before we arrived. Unfortunately, he left for the day before we got there so we never got to meet him.
Review 21：A strange smell in the room that wouldn't go away.The front office need a makeover to feel more inviting and the doors to the room is very out dated.

Review 37：We wanted to cancel our room so we could spend the night in Franklin. At first, old man at the desk said, yes, then he read his own contract & held us to the 24 HR contract. Also Patel came to one of our rooms at 7:00 PM & wanted to replace our refrigerator with one upstairs while we were in the room. Ours worked fine, so we didn't let him. He had 2 labor guys, he didn't want to have to bring back & pay again. We held him to our contract. No class. Bug spray odor was strong.

Review 39：First the location is place where prostitutes were. The "lobby" was horrible the "host" asked you how many towels you need and how many hours do you need? WOW! He was barefooted, get to the room and the table was gross, the door didn't lock from the inside, I had to use the gross table to block the door, opened the refrigerator door and a roach jumped from one shelf to the next, bath door someone had been fighting and broke it. The bed sheets and comforter had stains, the night stand had baby roaches coming out it. My daughter and I had to shake our clothing and check our bags to make sure we weren't bringing roaches back with us. The police kept driving in and out checking for prostitution, for the $70 I spent we should've slept in my car and washed at a gas station! HORRIBLE!! CONSUMERS BE WARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Review 76：This budget-friendly hotel has a very friendly set of staff members willing to do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The room was clean. We were given a choice between a renovated room or a non-renovated room for a discounted price. We chose the non-renovated room. It had quite a few cosmetic problems, but at the core was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge a microwave to boot. It was just what we wanted and more than we expected for the price.
