Review 1：I was charged an extra night when I checked out. The mistake was immediately corrected but due to different currency I ended up paying 15 dollars more. In dollars the amount that is withdrawn is the same that is returned to my credit card but in my currency it differs 15 dollars, which I find unfair that I should pay.

Review 5：Very noisy when outside, and sometimes in the room, since the room that I was in was on the side where a drawbridge was located. Was almost impossible to set outside near the lovely pool area, certainly not conducive to quite relaxation.

Review 6：Was centrally located, close to the airport. Clean, maintained. Walking distance to shopping, and a very nice Whole Foods, and drugstore. Which was nice to not have to take a taxi to any of these things if you needed something. Nice restaurants within a short taxi ride.

Review 9：When I checked in, the front desk staff told me that we can be upgraded to the studio room which has larger space, it's for free. Once I got into the room, I realize there is no such nice free stuff for given easily. first of all,the bed was not king size (the front desk told the bed was the same as I booked as king size), and even not as appropriate bed, it was pull over bed and feel like futon; and you can see the night light from the next two rooms and you can imagine how poor the voice level was. Also I left the notes for the cleaning stuff but somehow she didn't pay attention, she didn't take our notes and tips left on the table. I got a little bit credits back as I just don't want to switch the room due to our short time staying. Let's get it straight, you paid a few hundreds buck per night and expecting it's up for 4 stars hotel standard, but you will be very disappointed for the value you got. By the way, the self parking wasn't convenient for the guest, it took over 5 minutes walk to the lobby, it's trouble when you carry a few luggages. I will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

Review 22：We are newlyweds and the second we told the staff, they upgraded us to a suite. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. The woman who helped us was named Ying and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience here :)

Review 37：I honestly liked everything about this hotel. The staff however are my favorite. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. They made me feel comfortable. I really like this property. I visited in 2014 with my husband and had a great time. This is our hotel of choice in miami.

Review 38：Rooms are very old, furniture looks overused, carpet not clean. The first room I checked in had a water leakage from under the beds and I was moved to another room which stunk badly. Then I was upgraded to a suite but eventually I checked our early and moved to another hotel. I was never charged for my stay and the staff was very helpful and nice.

I would recommend taking it in your room price as adding it later is $20 per person! Rooms were roomy and relatively quiet. The wind through the buildings around the hotel and the traffic are audible though.

Review 51：I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Gabrielle at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome. The buffet breakfast was great (compliments to the chefs) and there was a really nice restaurant staff including, Robert, Alex and Madge who made me feel at home which was important because of our long stay. They had a smile and a kind word every day. I was impressed with their professionalism with each other on managing the large crowds at breakfast and their attention to our comfort on a daily basis. Our room was cleaned everyday and I am satisfied. We got a refrigerator which was a great benefit for the two-week stay. The hotel structure itself may not be the most modern but the staff makes up for this greatly as the service received was more important for me.

Review 53：EVERYTHING..we were checked in by Chris who was a trainee but he was excellent with customer service....PLACE WAS DUPER SUPER FANTASTIC...we had complimentary drinks for Blue Martini which happened to be the same club we partied at the previous night...we got there and it was like deja vu...EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT...we did not get to enjoy all the services as we were out all day and checked out early morning for our flight...but we enjoyed the ambience whilst we were there!
