Reviews for Hotel Dolce Villa
Review 1:The room smelled so strongly of bleach or other cleaning products when I checked in that it gave me a headache. Although the bleach smell eventually dissipated, it was replaced by the strong smell of cigarette smoke through the vents at various points through my stay. Noise level was loud - I could hear people talking out on the street throughout the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Although I was told by the front desk attendant the evening before that I could request a hair dryer in the morning, when I called they did not have any which required me to go to my interview the next morning with wet hair. If you are only looking to save money and are visiting for leisure, this hotel may be OK (although I still think the value you get for the price is poor). If you are here on business, interviews, or some other important reason and require a comfortable, stress-less stay, then this is not the hotel for you - pay a little bit extra and stay somewhere else.
Review 2:Stayed here after a concert at Fete music hall. Tiny room but awesome location and great value. If you are looking for a place to crash after a concert this is it.
Review 3:not quite there with the cleanness, sometimes no one at the reception, very noisy ..garbage truck at 4:30 right under the window..
Review 4:great central location, good restaurants around, ok price in comparison with hotels in the area
Review 5:The shiny white tiled floors and white laminated furniture in the rooms gives the place an institutional feel.
Review 6:The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. We stayed midweek so there wasn't much noise, but it's right by whole row of restaurants and bars so I could imagine it gets lively at the weekends. Having said that, the restaurants were good, and there's an amazing cake and coffee shop a few doors away, which must be visited.
Review 7:chemical smell of room caused headache. stains and hair on towel (i don't want to know where the stains are from - yuck!). whole bed makes noise when you move. matress very soft. beginning from 4am very very loud noise from outside - and i'm really not noise-senstitive! pefect if you plan to stay awake the whole night!
Review 8:frontdesk-staff was friendly. size of room was okay. price.
Review 9:The bed wasn't too comfortable . The price I paid for the room I had was a little expensive
Review 10:I liked the location of the hotel and staff have good reference for food
Review 11:You cannot drive up to the front of the hotel. Their "valet" service is you driving around the block looking for a parking spot. The staff will give you no information at all, if they're even at the front desk at all!
Review 12:The location was great and puts you right in the action. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to the Dunkin Donuts Center. The room was pretty clean.
Review 13:the door didn't lock properly, the bedroom was partially repainted (renovations).and the lack of sound proofing. So if your a light sleeper. . . .
Review 14:huge suite, full kitchen and very comfortable
Review 15:Charged $400 for a single room, when suites started at $169. Told by management that what you get when you book through anyone but them. Extremely loud throughout the night. Didn't get to sleep until 5am after going to the desk. Not enough space to tell the rest.
Review 16:Good location for our needs
Review 17:We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from the dance club nearby was very loud late at night. The air conditioner drowned out the noise so it was bearable.
Review 18:The decor was super cool. Modern and retro at the same time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Federal Hill.
Review 19:Rooms were clean but not as nice as expected. Furniture looks and feels very cheap like its from Ikea. I also had to wait about a half hour for a desk clerk to check me in. Apparently, it's a staff of one who has to do everything... Valet Park cars and check in guests. Location was the only thing the hotel had going for it.
Review 20:The Location. The Artwork done by local Artist.
Review 21:Site said breakfast was included when we booked, hotel said it wasn't. Disappointing upon arrival to find this discrepancy.
Review 22:Location, intimacy, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff,
Review 23:Slightly difficult to work out the arrangements for car drop off on arrival. Would suggest you provide more detail regarding the short term parking in the alley behind the hotel.
Review 24:Fabulous, lively location. It felt as though we were in the centre of a vibrant town in Italy, but with a fantastic free Sinatra tribute band playing wonderfully through the evening. Great choice of authentic Italian restaurants steps away. Staff exceptionally helpful, even carrying suitcases to our vehicle. We were very concerned that we would not enjoy our visit having read some very negative reviews of this hotel, we were delighted with the experience. We stayed on a Sunday evening, there was no night club noise, the trash men came at 4.45 and were gone within minutes, so we had a peaceful, good nights rest. ( we have stayed in city centre hotels charging three times this amount all over the world and have been woken by trash collection - it seems unfair to highlight this as a problem here)
Review 25:Everything. It was not secure (door open after 12:00 midnight, lobby unattended and full access to guest rooms.) Waited for 15 minutes fro staff to return to lobby to check me in. I have never been charged refundable $100.00 fee for "damage" at check in - may speak to quality of clientele. Was way over priced at $254.00 for one night plus tax. The night I checked in rate was $150.00 but my reservation was non refundable. Price dropped $100.00 in 12 hours. Not sure if this is Booking.com fault or the hotel's. Biltmore or Hilton cost almost $100 less and much nicer. Was offered $59.00 rate to stay an extra day - which is about what the hotel is worth. It was dirty and smelled awful. Pictures of interior are misleading. No carpet, missing trim, no bedside tables, tiny TV mounted at the ceiling, no floor rugs, antiquated bathroom was not clean. Hairs in the bed.To be completely honest - I would have slept better in the car.
Review 26:Cool location right on pedestrian square was very noisy - but that was expected and ok. Desk clerk ( when he arrived after waiting in unsecured lobby at 12:00 midnight fro 15 minutes) was very nice.
Review 27:Terrible wifi, basically no wifi. Terrible location. Rooms very kitschy and cheap with weird industrial soap smell. Noisy and dumpsters outside window.
Review 28:Comfy bed
Review 29:Our room was very small and we heard all the local bar and clubs playing extremely loud music from our room making it impossible to sleep til very late when they closed down. Then we were woken up very early am by hammering coming from the room next to us for repairs. The towels had stains on them and the room wasn't cleaned fully or properly.
Review 30:We liked the location and all the shops and places to eat were right there. Very quaint and had an Italy feel to it.
Review 31:No sheets on the unclean pullout, the room smelled heavily of cleaner but was still dirty, no screens on the windows. The tub was old and yellow, the towel I grabbed had clumps of hair matted into it. It all just seemed so careless. Also the "free wifi"/cable didn't work after a certain hour and didn't work until the next day sometime after 9:00, and the wi-fi when working was extremely slow/unusable.
Review 32:It was in a good location and a good price.
Review 33:Finding it difficult call ahead because the address on here won't get you there.
Review 34:Everything was fine especially since most hotels were booked or way more expensive. It was safe and clean.
Review 35:The room was very, very clean and we slept well the young lady at the front desk could not have been any more helpful. Thanks for a good stay Peter and Alice
Review 36:$20 mandatory valet parking not figured into the cost. My vehicle moved 30' from where I parked it on the same road side.
Review 37:It not your typical hotel
Review 38:Hotel has wi-fi apparently, but I couldn't connect on my iPad Air 2, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5S. My girlfriend couldn't connect with her 5S either. Poor guy at the front desk seemed to think I couldn't properly enter their very simple password. Sorry, man. That's not the problem. He tried himself and couldn't get on, then went and "reset" the router. Never got on wi-fi. Worse, I explained we'd need to leave at 6am. Valet promised he'd have car in their driveway ready to go. He didn't. I walked the streets of Providence searching for it. Finally found it and got on the road an hour behind schedule. Which meant traffic. All of this for $20. No, sorry.
Review 39:Pretty cheap. Although account for +$20 for "valet" parking (which is a bit of a joke, see below).
Review 40:I had to park on the street- there is no street parking. It took me 20 minutes to find somewhere to park. Then I had to pay $20 for the concierge to park my car in a parking lot overnight. My car smelled like cigarettes the next morning. The lighting was fluorescent and glared off of the lime green paint giving me a migraine. Dumpsters were emptied right outside my window at 3:30am for nearly an hour waking me and keeping me awake. Electrical outlets had exposed wires. My card was charged the full amount at check in, and when I decided to stay one night instead of five nights it has been difficult getting my money back. I had to wait for a manager to arrive, and then she did not refund me the full amount so I had to call and am still waiting for the return of the rest of my money.
Review 41:The staff were trying to be helpful for the most part.
Review 42:Noise level sometimes disruptive but overall it was a good place for what we needed on the trip.
Review 43:People were very friendly & helpful and the Cafe next door was great for morning coffee.
Review 44:Everything very cold, hard and white with great big faces painted on the walls. Parking was available, but cost extra per night as it had to be valetted. Quite busy and noisy - I get the impression it's used by people going out for a party night. Noise from bars nearby.
Review 45:Simple hotel, easy to check in and get sorted. Right in the centre of the historic, Italian part of town.
Review 46:One person at desk to park your car take telephone calls check guests in check guest out answere questions speak to staff and look up your account and room Could not get car back to go out to appointments because the 20.00 a night charge is only to take your car off street parking at night. Overworked staff was friendly but you have to be patient in order to ask a question
Review 47:The location and food available was fantastic
Review 48:First, there seemed to be a problem with the reservation that we made through booking.com, as it wasn't registered in the system. Second, we were shown a room on the ground floor that was clean, but rather dark and cave-like, looking onto an alley and trash bins. We took a different room on the second floor instead. Aircon was loud but didn't cool, toilet leaked making a running water noise, and wifi was poor. We didn't know that the room was next to a bar playing music until midnight. It didn't help that the windows couldn't seal out the noise.
Review 49:The staff was helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
Review 50:We booked a suite but were for some reason we were given a well-appointed but very utilitarian room with a stand-up shower and only one trash can. Would stay again, but would appreciate more attention to the room assignment. The WiFi could use some work, too.
Review 51:Loved the location, good price, great staff.
Review 52:The front desk agent was very slow, and dressed extremely casual. The location only has paid parking, and is very hard to find. The room was very small.
Review 53:The front desk agent was friendly, and accommodating. Cute concept with the decor.
Review 54:The bathroom tiles continue throughout the bedroom. The room feels cold and sterile. Not a home away from home feel. Internet connection is slow even for websites without media streaming. The stay was very noisy. The toilet ran all night and was loud. Jiggling the handle did not fix it. Air conditioning occasionally made a loud and high pitch sound. You could hear people above moving furniture around or something. My reservation was Tuesday night, Wednesday night, and Thursday night. I checked in Tuesday via phone but physically arrived on Wednesday. I paid for all three nights which is absolutely okay because I was glad to be able to keep the hotel reservation. The issue is while valet parking is optional and at $20 per night, I was charged $60 for three nights, again Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. I told the person that I arrived with my car on Wednesday but she charged me for three nights of valet. I got the valet parking from her too when I arrived. I was overcharged $20.
Review 55:Memory foam bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean.
Review 56:First, our Booking.com reservation was not registered, and the process of checking in was long and painful owing to rather poor organisation. The receipt had to be prepared numerous times until it was done correctly. Second, the first room we saw on the ground floor was small, dark, and the single, small window looked on a garbage can in the dark and dirty alley. We were happy to shift to the 2nd floor, which was slightly better. Third, music from the next-door bar was going on until midnight, and the windows did little to dampen the sound. Had we known of the bar, we would not have booked on this alone. The air conditioning did not work, but luckily the days were cool enough that we didn't need it. The spring-loaded shower bar fell down, and we propped it up. Why no proper screwed-in shower bar? The toilet leaked, and one had to 'jiggle' the handle to get the water to stop flowing. Besides all that, the hall had dirty, torn carpets, and an uncovered, low electrical plug with electrical wiring visible, for the corridor air conditioning unit. A child could easily get electrocuted.
Review 57:Staff were friendly.
Review 58:I requested a late check out and my girlfriend and I were still kicked out by 11:20. Late check out was supposed to be 12. The staff were a mixture of rude and nice.
Review 59:The location was beautiful.
Review 60:Paying for Valet parking each night. We stayed two nights and had to pay 40 dollars.
Review 61:I loved the area. The Italian restaurant across the way was excellent. The room was so clean.
Review 62:The listing was represented as all being mini-suites with kitchenettes. Instead we got a tiny room with a bed and a bathroom, not even bedside lamps, and a very loud nightclub right outside. We were told this was the error of booking.com.
Review 63:The location is lovely, vibrant. We walked to breakfast and to many of our planned activities. Excellent restaurants nearby.
Review 64:The decor was eclectic. The white tile was nice, the white vinyl couches were not. Not sure what to make of the giant female faces painted on the walls. The garbage trucks outside the window at 6 am, and the $20 extra charge for valet parking, were the low points.
Review 65:The location on a European looking square in the Italian section was charming. The suite was spacious. Many of the fixtures were good quality. Everything was very clean. The price was good.
Review 66:Staff did not have my bookings. com ready and had to search and re-do it. dodgy people / guests - shouting in the middle of the night
Review 67:Decor is fresh
Review 68:Stained bedding and mattress's dirt footprints in bath not enough towels and bedding. Just felt dirty and was overwhelmed with smell of bleach or fabuloso cleaning products to the point that i was gagging, yet it was dirty. My 12 year old daughter had a fit in the lobby saying we are not staying here, but financially i had no options so for the price i could live with it.
Review 69:Staff
Review 70:worst experience ever. Stayed here at least 100 times and will never go back. Staff was awful. Room was a rip
Review 71:made reservation and paid for King Suite. They gave us a 10x12 Room with no sound proofing. When we tried to explain our displeasure the mgr threatened to call police. Loud inside construction starter at 7 am to include power tool
Review 72:Selected room with double bed and sofa bed on Booking.com but hotel said they could not open or read Booking res so I got room with only one bed. Small room, floor titled, horrible florescent ceiling light, no bed reading lights, window overlooking alley, would not stay here again.
Review 73:location amidst many restos and bars.
Review 74:Worst stay we have ever had! Huge attitude problem from the girl with the horrible weave! We checked in at 9:40pm and asked in a very polite manner for the latest checkout. The lady at the desk said 12:30 was the latest she could do. At 11:30 am the maids tried to get in and we said we were all set. Right after the lady at the front desk called the room and started with "ummm are you guys extending your stay because if not my maids need to get in there" ahhh say what? She proceeds to say we MUST be out by 12 the latest and continued to tell us that we gave the lady the night before a "hard time" about checking out at 12 so she said 12:30 was fine. I'm pretty sure that the hotel was empty.. But we understand your maids need 3 plus hours to prepare for the next guest.. Right.. The rooms were gross, curtains stained and the "jetted tub" was yellow and brown. Super sanitary. They charged us $20 to park the car over night but it was still on the public street that we left it on the night before. Can't wait to stay there again... Not!!!!
Review 75:The most ridiculous and unprofessional and rude awakening. After a late.Night would have liked to have slept until close to checkout time.BUTNO!!Rudely awakened by extremely loud construction in the room acrossthe hall from me at 7:30 in the morning!!!! Just plain stupid andunheard of in the hotel industry!!! Absolutely no consideration forguests whatsoever!!! Management will hear from me and I will demandcompensation for their ignorance!!
Review 76:Location.Homey.
Review 77:The staff were very helpful and kind. My car was waiting for me in the morning so no waiting! There is a nightclub attached to the hotel and it plays loudly until 1am or2 am. They are refurbishing rooms so I was woken at 7am by the contractor's noisy crew and power tools.
Review 78:Nasty sheets left on the bed from previous customers. The room stunk like incense. Required $100 deposit for the night. I didn't get the deposit back for two weeks No parking.
Review 79:Nothing
Review 80:spanish woman told us three times that checkout is at 11 okay fine. Her delivery was very disappointing, this woman gave a very negative perception of customer service. I figure if I had enough sense to book the hotel, I didn't need to be reminded 3x about checkout and then the next morning she calls to reiterate that checkout is at 11 and we only have 20 minutes to leave the premises. Unprofessional and disappointed with my stay this go round and my hubby and I were going to book again first week in April, but because of negative experience are having second thoughts.
Review 81:I like the comforts of home.
Review 82:The hotel needs some serious repairing: things were fixed with ductape, quite a bit of waterdamage/moisture stains, the white sheets weren't white anymore (they were clean I think, but old and yellow). I had a restless night, because there was a club next door that played loud music until 2 a.m.
Review 83:Personnel was very friendly Location was right on de Pasquale square with a bunch of cute coffee shops and bakeries. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Providence.
Review 84:We booked and even called hotel to confirm our 2 rooms upon arrival they said there was a mishap and they only had 1 room with 2 bedrooms ...and charged us for the 2 rooms rate not a fair solution since their receptionist said "your all set for the 2 rooms" too late in day to go elsewhere ... We will think twice about using Booking! Sorry but that's our honest feedback...we never get away from kids and wanted privacy just once!
Review 85:There's a club next door that plays loud & dreadful on weekends. If you ask when you reserve they'll try to give you the quiet side I'm told.
Review 86:I travel a lot. This hotel is being redone. My 1st room was a redone one and an amazing value. The 2nd had a balcony on the square for good weather. The area is a delight, but short on supermarkets. Really Good Italian food stores & takeouts next door. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. A real find.
Review 87:needs bigger bed and free parking or parking for a very nominal fee. Valet parking is there, however anytime u go away u have to pay again
Review 88:Bed was very comfortable. The Art Deco is beautiful. Very boutiquey.
Review 89:Unfriendly staff, no parking.
Review 90:The staff at the front desk initially told me they would agree to cancel my reservation through booking.com because of unsatisfactory conditions, however when the very friendly booking.com staff called them to confirm, the rude dulce villa staff refused to cancel and refund my money, even though they originally agreed to. I ended up staying at the dean hotel down the road, and I am beyond satisfied with the location, and friendly staff here at the dean.
Review 91:Dumpster alarm each morning even before this early riser. Trash trucks in the adjoining alley. A rug on the tile floors would be nice.
Review 92:Proximity to Providence's Italian Quarter Staff we're professional, perky, nice
Review 93:Parking is always a challenge as is traffic on Federal Hill.
Review 94:Great location on Federal Hill close to some great restaurants. If you don't mind not being downtown, it's a great choice. Small boutique hotel with a ktichenette. Can't beat the price compared to the larger establishments a few blocks away.
Review 95:There was a club right by our bedroom window and the music was super loud. it was impossible to get some rest. apparently the hotel owned the club, which was a huge surprise given that it annoyed guests
Review 96:nothing
Review 97:The staff was terrific. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt with the deck overlooking the square. this place was immaculate and had everything you could need being away from home. it was very close to the casino for us.
Review 98:Upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom appartment with balcony overlooking the lively neighbourhood. Italian deli onthe corner and try the pizza in Casseta. Valet parking was pleasant.y arranged
Review 99:No parking at the hotel as it was on a walking precinct and I had to pay for valet parking. Also asked to pay a deposit for the room, this is not in the information on Booking.com. Reception was not manned when I arrived had to wait for someone to come into the hotel. The bed sounded like it would fall apart at any minute and the mattress sank in the middle. It was cold and heartless place with really poor staff.
Review 100:I know that I got a great price but what made me go for the deal was a few "cute" features the website talked about. 1. Every room had a Jacuzzi tub. 2. Enjoy complementary hot coco, popcorn and biscotti. 3. Fireplace My room was apparently the "only" room with a walk in shower. And there was no treats. Just live up to the promises that make you unique. Those things are very simply and made me excited for a quick overnight. All the other perks were broken: Fireplace, light up mirror, hair dryer and bathroom heat up feature.
Review 101:Staff was awesome and helpful. Good location.
Review 102:Third floor no elevator no porter. No carpeted floor in living room.
Review 103:Nice area. At the $70 discount it was worth it. I would not pay over $125 for it.
Review 104:The air conditioning was loud.
Review 105:We booked last minute and the room and staff were ready and prepared. The hotel's location is excellent. So many places are within a few steps.
Review 106:There was a mouse in our room. We were given the option to move rooms (at 1am) but we are still waiting for compensation. Because of this situation, I was late to my business meeting the next day. If you can stay somewhere else, do it. Don't stay here.
Review 107:Very nice staff
Review 108:A little noisy the alley but in very few ocasions. (goods discharge, littering removal, etc...)
Review 109:Lot of restaurants in the area. The plaza is very nice, plenty of flowers, no cars allowed. Walking around looking to the tradicional food and delicatessen shops from Italy and other parts make feeling you away from the usual and anodine fast-food companies in US. Apartament very spacious, kitchen complete with all you could need, cafemaker, TV in the kitchen living area and in the bedroom. I would repite, no doubt...
Review 110:I understood the room had a non-refundable policy and check-in was anytime after 3pm. I arrived around 3:30/4pm.The receptionist was very nice, however, when I presented my credit card to pay, he informed me that the debit card I had used to hold the reservation had already been charged. They could have given me a little longer to arrive before billing me to allow me the option of payment - Missed out on payback points through credit card company, shame on me & I felt it was in poor taste because they were getting paid regardless of whether or not I showed up.The phone, the iron, the television remotes were all broken, in some way - minor, but acceptable. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold beginning to grow on the ceiling - appeared minimal, but still there and the toilet leaked water from the base into the floor - okay, sometimes these things happen. The televisions were awful -Terrible reception, small and barely any English channels - For the money... a slightly larger, flat screen with a great picture should be standard. The twenty dollar fee for parking indicated the business' first priority is making money and customer satisfaction second - Parking should have been complimentary. However, the dumpster noise in the early morning hours, like 5am, was a completely horrible way to have been woken up. It was ridiculous...I understand it is the city, the buildings are very close so noise is anticipated, but it was my breaking point. Couldn't imagine it on the weekends in the summer. Stayed on a Tuesday.... Off season. Lesson learned.
Review 111:The towels were the best I ever used in any hotel. Why? I am not sure. But they were great. Big enough, and absorbent. Felt great.... Took two showers, so I could use them a second time! Crazy, but so nice.
Review 112:Hard to find. The hotel is situated on a plaza so it isn't one of those where you drive right up to the door with no confusion or searching.
Review 113:Zach, at the desk, was friendly, charming, and offered "spot on" service. The room was spacious; didn't use the kitchen but if I'd had a longer stay I would have. It was nicely appointed. The Dolce Villa hotel has a fine indoor or outdoor restaurant as well. Nice atmosphere, many fabulous restaurants nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
Review 114:I was there Saturday and Sunday nights. There was a loud night club Saturday night situated behind the building. I was able to sleep with ear plugs. Others could not until the club closed at 2 am. There is no elevator and no help with luggage up to the third floor. Overhead light in bedroom and light in make-up mirror did not work. Could not reach reception or anyone on room telephone. One closet door off its track.
Review 115:This is a very large facility designed for long term stays.
Review 116:1. $20 charge for valet parking and because the owner was at the facility, we couldn't even get to the valet and had to spend 25 minutes driving around looking for somewhere to leave the car. 2. some of the rooms don't have windows. ours looked out into an alley way and we were told that the next morning they would be collecting the garbage early. 3.the assistant manager seemed overwhelmed and unable to deal with people. 4. the feel of the rooms is like a refugee camp in miami.
Review 117:that they voided the cancellation policy and let us not stay here
Review 118:our car was parked Off site for extra cost. No breakfast except for the restaurant attached , again at additional cost. Ended up paying too much as we also had to lug our things up several flights of stairs from a door I'm the back alley. Creepy!
Review 119:kind of 1950 s apartment white leather sofa marble floor
Review 120:The mattress was like sleeping on a hard trough. Everything else in the room was great!
Review 121:The hotel is in a great area- amazing restaurants and conveniently located to Brown University. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Review 122:Fair amount of outside noise at the weekend. We were initially charged double for the room due to clerical incompetence; though this was rectified easily we were still stung for each transaction fee as we were overseas travellers.
Review 123:The kitchen, really comfy beds, spacious rooms, clean. Wynter at the front desk was helpful, next to a bus stop to downtown providence
Review 124:The only negative is the parking is not the best however they valet overnight for 20 dollars.
Review 125:Great service and clean rooms. Location was convenient to good food and shopping.
Review 126:There was such a strong bleach smell as soon as we entered our room. There is no street parking. A $20 fee for parking. Lots of bars in Area
Review 127:I appreciated the full kitchen. This is an old hotel but you can tell a great effort went into updating. Still had old feel from hall. But effort is appreciated.
Review 128:The hotel is marginally maintained. It is clean. Room 1A is on the service ally between the hotel and a restaurant. The dumpsters are smelly and garbage and delivery trucks are loud. We had to run the air conditioner all the time to minimize the smell. It wasn't overwhelming but annoying. BUT, the location is EVERYTHING!!!! I had asked for a room NOT on the first floor but they said that was all they had. Almost cancelled after seeing the alley and dumpster out the window but glad we didn't. Probably won't stay there again.
Review 129:This place is all about location. It is right in the heart of great restaurants and fun. Outdoor activities abound. We were attending a conference at the downtown convention center. It was a nice walk and very convenient. There was live music in the plaza in the evening. It lasted until 10 or 11 PM so we still got our sleep. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for multiple day stays.
Review 130:Thought the rokm was nice
Review 131:Felt like a dangerous hooker hotel
Review 132:Location
Review 133:Convenient location.
Review 134:I think it was a good value for the money. Very spacious and could have slept two families in the kitchen pullout.
Review 135:Nothing , everything was smooth ...
Review 136:Great place great location .
Review 137:There's old toilet seats gots to be updated management for a professional look stains on ceiling not being painted right
