Review 1：Mold behind door. While clean on surface, it is in the details of cleaning - clean in the corners, dust all surfaces and remove the old sign behind door which had mold growing in it.

Review 3：Woman fixing her hair in dining area sink, and wearing see through clothes, talking to her imaginary friend. I believe she was another guest.

Review 7：Location very near OU medical center. My husband was shipped to OU Medical after an accident. I was very thankful that Medical Inn didnt take advantage of their very near location. The chain hotels would have jacked up their prices based on location. Thankful for an affordable place to stay in such a tragic event.

Review 10：I booked with this business simply because of it's proximity to OU Cancer Center as my mother had a number of appointments Thursday and chemotherapy early on Friday. The staff typically is your first impression of a place of business, never has a more true statement been uttered! I waited several minutes before I saw a single employee to check in. She was very rude and not much help and refused to adjust our room rate to the medical rate which would have saved me over $40 for the one night! After finally finding my room for the night I started to notice all the problems within this motel/inn. The a/c never cooled the room and I sweated all night long! The smoke alarm was broken and hanging from the ceiling! The carpet was filthy and had a few cuts that were taped over with duct tape! The bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty. The sheets had stain spots (NASTY!) The inn advertises free WiFi which is a complete lie. There isn't any attempt made for overnight security, both back doors are left unlocked and again I never saw any staff! The "continental breakfast" consisted of old and stale donuts and muffins with small individual bottles of Sunny D which I did not eat! And again I never saw a single staff member to turn my room key into at the time of checkout! I not only will never return, but I will tell everyone I know just how horrible this experience was for myself and my mother!
Review 11：This inn is the only motel/inn within blocks of OU Medical, however, this was by far the worst motel/inn I have ever experienced.
Review 12：I booked a King Room used my credit card to guarantee it and got a Queen and the mattress was just box springs. They had no other rooms. It reeked of cigarette smoke til we could hardly breathe. The breakfast was dried out cake donuts. Paid a premium price for nothing.
