Review 1：Could have had a few more basic amenities. For example there were two desk chairs. Would have been nice to also have a more comfortable chair to sit in while reading or watching TV. I guess that is what the bed is for. The bed was ok for a night or two. Too soft for my taste.

Review 6：I booked a room with two beds, clearly on the reservation and verified it. They gave me a room with one bed. That would not accommodate my party. We had no place to stay in a sold out city due to College Football Game. They would not refund my money. Poor poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor accommodations and awful Customer Service!

Review 8：When I arrived they said I had a room with one bed---I didn't realize that was what I had reserved. Staff found a cancellation so was able to put us in a room with two beds. I was very thankful for her efforts. We ended up on the smoking floor, as she warned, but we were able to buy some air freshener and survived just fine.
Review 9：Although it was nice, it seemed rather pricey but I think it was due to the A&M game being played that weekend. All hotels were rather over-priced.

Review 11：Location was great. Rooms were so CLEAN..walked by rooms while they were being cleaned and we could smell the fresh cleaning agents and could see and feel the HOT steam coming from the floor steamer.

Review 14：There was a kitchen but didn't see a coffee pot or coffee packets. There was no iron or board. The bed was small and uncomfortable. There were 2 very thin towels, 2 washcloths and no hand towels. No guest shampoos, etc. only a bar of soap. It is definitely a short residence type place versus a night or two. The checkin was a bit awkward with the roll down window counter. Also, a bit strange having to let the lady make copies of our drivers license (both of them) for safety purposes and background check if needed, as well as a full description of our car written on a blank piece of paper. Our car was the only one that wasn't a white work truck. To top it off, we paid $150.

Review 17：Room was new, clean, quite nice for the low price. Roll-away bed was best we ever had in any hotel. Not fancy but MILES ahead of the other budget motels you could choose.
Review 18：They price was very reasonable, love the location, having a kitchen and laundry facility. Restaurants are close by and of course free wi-if. I will stay there again and have suggested to family members.
Review 19：The clerk told me on check in that I could only drink in my room and I had to wear a shirt in the hallways. In a normal motel this is kinda understood. No soap, shampoo, or carpet in the rooms. The common areas stink because of all of the people cooking in their rooms.

Review 21：The bed was extremely hard so I woke up with backache. We were unaware that you had to bring everything with you - bath soap, shampoo, hairdryer, water glass etc.

Review 23：Specified on reservation a room with two double beds and non-smoking. When entered the room it was only one double bed. When re-visited check-in desk, said their reservation records from Booking.com showed only one double bed, not two. Reassigned us to the only two double bed room they had left...but it was in the Smoking section....the room was clean, but did smell of smoke.

Review 25：Lack of staff presence (They were nowhere to be found), size of bed only a full size, and very uncomfortable, only one luggage cart, no in-room coffee maker, no hair dryer, and AC was inadequate for the space. Gouging during parents weekend, paid almost as much as a week stay. Overall hotel/motel concept is really bad. Also, overheard several business travelers saying they would never be back and we concur. Just awful!

Review 27：The office hours are not good. We left in the mornings and no one was at the front desk. We returned at night and no one was at the front desk. When we "checked out" no noone was at the front desk. We were put in a smoking room which was ot requested. Fortunately we were able to get a non smoking room. The key card system was not good. The keys to the second room did not work and we had to get yet another room. When we returned around 9pm one evening they did not work. We could not get into the facility with them but were able to by some other resident letting us in. Then we could not get in our room. There was no one at the front desk. Fortunately one of the employees came out of a room and we were able to get her to correct our key cards. The hallways did not smell good.

Review 29：Made reservations in January. When I went to check in three months later I was told there was only one double room and it was a smoking room. We are highly allergic to cigarettes. Wondering why I even bothered making a reservation since there was no room when I checked in. They did however tell us we could have two single rooms supposedly for the same price, however I was charged more. Disappointed in that area!!!
