Reviews for Upper Cascades

Review 1：Some of the fittings are a bit dated and would benefit from being updated - this is a very minor point and more for feedback to the owners rather than any detriment to our stay.

Review 2：Very spacious apartment and great facilities - with a pool table and a BBQ. Was really nice being out of the main busy valley and in a lovely location so could relax and enjoy our stay.

Review 3：Should probably make it clearer that it's not in The Valley itself (but it would cost 4 x as much if it was!)

Review 4：This place is huge - three massive bedrooms each en suite plus massive diner, living room and deck. Incredible value for money for what you get - it's not actually in The Valley but only 25 mins drive away.

Review 5：They need a handyman to stay for a week and fix everything that didn't work, beginning with the refrigerator. No Air Conditioning. Numerous switches were non functioning. In sink disposal not working. Most window screens loose and unable to lock windows. No restaurants within 30 minutes so plan ahead- however limited by non functioning refrigerator in Kitchen.

Review 7：Refrigerator not working. No coffee filters were left to be used. Had to find a neighbor for some. TVs did not work in the bedrooms nor the fireplaces.

Review 8：Location was off the beaten path. Not close to any conveniences in a residential area but a pretty area. Lots of space in the condo was great! Bear climbed up on the neighbors deck right in front of us :)

Review 9：Had the place booked for almost a year, because the advertised location was Yosemite Village, only to find out it was 17 miles away. Once we got there and let ourselves in as directed, we found another party already residing there. Phone service was limited but we finally reached the managers who gave us another rental, but gave us the wrong address. Once we finally found it and got settled, it was a very nice house. Never again, not worth the frustration, sorry.

Review 10：We arrived late in the evening to discover that we couldn't get into the unit. We were unaware that we had to know the code to use the key pad to get in. There was no cell phone coverage to contact the owner or the people who looked after the unit. It was thanks to the people in a unit nearby who let us use their phone to find the code. An hour and a half later we let ourselves in. Better instructions from the owner or manager are vital.

Review 11：Washing machine, comfortable beds and living area, wifi access.

Review 12：The kitchen is nice but has limited dishes and bakeware. Not a problem for some people but we cooked all of our meals in and had to be "creative".

Review 13：I liked that the 3 bedrooms each had very large beds. All 3 were king I think. Two had private baths and one had an entrance to the bathroom from both the bedroom and the hall. Very convenient and very clean.

Review 14：We never received a key - there was no staff to check in with (even though we arrived in the 4-6 pm check in window), and communication was literally non-existent. We found the unit unlocked, with gas fireplaces on to warm it up, but the fact that no one ever communicated with us (no return calls though we left multiple messages) was really strange. Also, we had to leave the unit unlocked when we left for the day, which just felt strange. Also, there was no password for the wifi, so we could not use it.

Review 15：We loved the big, comfy beds, in bedroom gas fireplaces, and the huge main room with open kitchen, wood fireplace, and pool table. This would be a great place for a family vacation! Dish TV has limited options - no normal broadcast channels.

Review 16：There was no wifi available. We were given incorrect instructions for checkin. We were told to proceed to the Four Seasons office for checkin. But when we arrived, we were informed that they were not managing the property anymore.
