Review 1：No entertainment or live music on Tuesday night. Had to walk to other casinos for nightlife. Bathroom floor and bathtub had a lot of hair.

Dine at Int buffet bar( terrible) food old and cold ; tomatoes and onions in every entree; the ham so old it look like a pork roast.. Unsanitary no gloves are washing hands , touching food with bare hands ... And how can you serve key lime pie ( key lime is green) not brown should not place sign saying that it's sour cream pie

The casino offers a variety of great games and the staff really knows how to take care of their guests!

The Eldorado has two nice bars but if there is something going on at one the other was the over flow. There is no place to just have a drink.

I left a note with a tip next morning requesting the sofa linens. The bed was made but discovered at bath time we had NO towels or wash cloths.

Review 90：Our friends used the facilities for their wedding reception. The Banquet room was well decorated, food was delicious, the dj was great, bar tender was friendly, the live band at one of the bar rooms was fantastic, and our room was clean and comfy! It was a perfect weekend getaway!

But, spoke with Security Personnel and they immediately checked into situation and respondedback to me quickly with explanation as to why Room was inadvertently left opened. No problem with stay.

If we had known that, we would have stayed in a different hotel.

I can understand the cover charge for non guests, but we were guests for 2 nights and there should not be a charge if you are staying at the hotel. Definite turn off.
