Review 1：Service is marginal at best the sheets on the pull out have permanent stains on the sheets. The coffee pot appeared to have water in it and had plastic wrap around it. Room had to much furniture in it it was dirty and the pillows were old and really flat.

Review 2：I have stayed there a few times. The location is excellent. They upgraded with good TVs and the bed was comfortable which is weird because before it wasn't which makes me think the are upgrading mattressess.

Review 3：Bathroom door stuck if shut, surprise pet fee for all days tho pet only there 3. Huge German cockroach found live on bathroom floor.

Review 5：There was a strong smell inside of room. Smelled like a soaked and dirty carpet. We later found out my floor was wet on the side by the window. Always ask for new towels, do not use the ones already in the room.

Review 7：I wish they would have given us the wifi access code when we checked in. By the time we needed it, it was late and we didn't bother. Our room needed some maintenance. The bathroom door was splintered up from the bottom, no stopper in the sink (I have contact lenses), shower curtain black moldy.

Review 9：The towels had stains on them. You could tell they had been washed but, they were a little alarming to see yellow or grey stains on them. The bed was ok but the pillows were terrible.

They did not replace the coffee in the room for a cup before breakfast The toilet had mold growing in it. I waited for coffee in the breakfast ctr..after it brewed, I put the carafe back together in order to get a cup. There was not enough staff...had to wait in line several times, the vending machine was old and did not work properly.

Review 30：Did not use heat or air, sheets and pillow cases clean, good water pressure, water hot. Slept well after noise stopped. Managed waffle maker w/o timer. With all the limitations, was manageable, easy booking.

Review 31：I like hot tea in the mornings and needed to take it with me for my daughter's early game but there were only little 6 oz cups with no lids. It wasn't a big deal, I will plan to bring my own travel mug next time.

I had previously asked for a bottom floor and was advised there were none left. After I went to complain about my door and the telephone not working I was moved to a bottom floor on the other side. I seen several bugs in the shower in the mornings. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and smelled like they were all from a smoking room. I will never stay here again and I don't recommend anyone with children to do so either.

Review 36：Probably the best value hotel in Murfreesboro, the beds were okay I slept well for the one night we stayed. Breakfast was good & the wifi was fast. I would choose to stay here again if given an opportunity. Our room had a nice size spa tub, which was quite relaxing

I would not mind paying for any harm my dog would do, which is none, but my reason for traveling was a dog agility trial. People with well-trained dogs shouldn't have to pay the same as someone whose dog destroys something.

There was mold and fungus evident around the tub and shower.the bed linens were not comfortable. The mattress provided ok support.I would not recommend this how to tell to a traveler.

It is located immediately off the interstate which was perfect. I did not have my pet with me but for a extra $9 I could have brought him. I will definitely stay here again.

Then we gotroom #148 it is a non-smoking room the comforters had burn holes inthem. Toilet rocked when you set on it. The microwave and frig weregrouse, would not use them. Walls were dirty. There wasn't even analarm clock in the room. Door key had to be reset twice while we werethere. They called while I was at my niece's wedding on Saturday tosay they were charging me another day cause we still had stuff in theroom, we were not suppose to check out til Sunday. House keeping camethe day we checked in but never came back. The manager Sam said he wouldsee what to do about all o this. Said after talking to owner Kenny wewould give us $30 discount but when I checked my account it was only$13. I was very upset by this stay. Will never stay at this hotel again.If I could of canceled after I got there I would have.

Review 114：The clerk told me I could buy his dinner if I wanted to after he told me about the greek restaurant next door. Very inapproiate me traveling alone. Made me feel uneasy. Then my card key would not work after I went to dinner at Shoney's on the other side of the Hotel. I had to walk downstairs with knee trouble to get a new card or rescan the old card. He just rescanned my old card. I walled all the way back up and stairs and it did not work still. I met a lady next door to me and she called down to the desk. The clerk kept me waiting for another 15 minutes. I had the girl to call down again for me and they finally came. Two men. One with a key and then they argued about the real key that the man had, because he would not give it to the clerk. They were nice to me and helpful when they got there. However, it was a very unpleasant stay.

There was a refrigerator and microwave, and the TV was gamer-friendly (although you do have to obtain a special remote from the front desk for access). The blow-dryer worked! There was also a coffee maker and ice bucket. The bathtub came with a non-slip rubber mat in the bottom, and the water pressure was good, as was the drainage - something you don't find in every lower-priced hotel. There was plenty of hot water. The hot-continental breakfast was wonderful!
