Review 1：Staff was great, room was beautiful! We stayed in a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub very relaxing. The hotel is not too far from all the attractions in St. Augustine.
Review 2：We ask for ground floor and did not get it. It is difficult for me to walk upstairs. Water in the sink had a STRONG smell of sulfur. The towels and washcloths were gray and dingy. Shower ran hot and cold. Water was very hot.

Review 4：It wasn't a bad experience. Rooms need a little updating. Pest control could be stepped up - killed a couple cockroaches in our room.

Review 6：We booked one day stay at this hotel. After the stay, my wife and I werebitten by bedbugs in the room. We contacted the manager and reported theissue, they did not response on time, so I called them, the front deskpeople was so rude, even hanged up my call. They refused to resolve thematter and clean the room, and didn't refund my stay. Stay away this"motel", bedbugs will eat you alive. Also, the bath showers isdribbling water, how people can take a shower with it! Never ever tostay this hotel please.
Review 7：Had to change rooms due to a leaky toilet. No fuss, no muss. It was done without question or delay. The staff was pleasant, efficient and very cooperative. Very close to good restaurants and to the Beach.
Review 8：Was told Ocean front had to walk for 20 minits to beach. TV was very poor quality. Was told were going to bring more towels and wash cloths (((NOT))). I would not be back. room was too small for the Money.

Review 18：The room did have a slight odor when we first walked in, I believe itwas the a/c unit, but they were working on the a/c units inother rooms when we arrived. Nothing a little air fresher couldn'thandle, and it didn't bother us as after that. We were offeredanother room, or a dehumidifier, which wasn't necessary,itwasn't that bad to begin with.
Review 19：The owner was not a middle easterner, so it didn't smell like currywhen you walked in. The cleaning staff did not start banging on the doorat 9:00 am, to see if you were checking out or staying an extra day. Itwas noon before they knocked on our door. And they catered to everythingwe needed and wanted. Very nice and helpful.

Review 32：Our door lock was broken, repair came out twice to fix it. It would only stay locked if you lifted the door up slightly as you locked it. Didnt feel safe, put chair and luggage propped up against our door all night.

Review 62：Takes "no frills" to a whole new level. Room was not cleaned each day, bed was not even completely made. Wet towels were left on my bed one day when I had left them in the tub to be replaced. When I went to the front desk to ask if they had any facilities to help me print my boarding pass, I was told they don't do that and that their internet was down anyways and she had no idea when it would be fixed. As for the FREE breakfast, I suggest you spend a few dollars and actually enjoy your meal. Read between the lines.....
