Review 1：Very small rooms. They denied to serve us diner at 21.45 because the kitchen was closing at 22.00. Notice: It was snowing outside and the temperature was -5 C. WiFi doesn't exist

Review 2：The Room was dirty and the toilet damaged. We were not able to find areception. (It seems it is in the restaurant which was half of the stayclosed) only cash is accepted!!! (They state to work since 8 years withbooking.com and never had problems... Erm) Spa is advertised but onlyworking in winter. (The manager said so) much more...

Review 5：Great location, only 10 min to Borovets, transfer provided by the hotel for free. Sandwich or eggs for breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. High speed Wi-Fi in the room. Good restaurant and sauna in the hotel. 15 min walk to big supermarket Billa and 5 min to bus station and city center of Samokov. Only 1 hour from Sofia airport (is possible to request a transfer from the hotel). Good value for money. Nice and friendly people everywhere in Bulgaria, but especially at The Castle Hotel. I'll come back here for sure.

Review 7：When I stayed at this hotel, I was only one guest of the hotel. But the lady showed kindness just for me. During a slack season, It's really cheap-extremely low, breakfast incl.-and facilities also good.

Review 8：We couldn't use the WiFi becouse there was no password available and nobody was at the reception - lady who waited for us was in a hurry and went out just at once she showed us rooms. There was no possibilty paying a credit card although in the booking condition it is allowed! Restaurant was closed.

Review 10：My experience is like that: Reservation done for double room. When i arrived there receptionist told me , " for you we have single room because is a busy period". Moreover in that small room the toilet door was broken, and in the morning i can not move out of hotel because all the doors were closed until receptionist come at 8.30 o'clock. Bad experience.

Review 11：The room was unacceptedly tiny. There was no water to flush the toilet(had to use the shower). Extremely hard to find. Gps brought to anotherplace. Breakfast was really poor even compared with other bulgarianbudget hotels.

Review 13：In this hotel, you feel like at home. Very friendly stuff, ready to help and answer all your questions. Te service is great and if you plan to ski, it is great as hotel is very close to Borovetc and hotel provide transfer, ski equipment and if you need ski or snowboard instructor, you are at the right place! The massage was great for a 30 lv only and you can use the sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi for free.
