Review 1：We never received our room service breakfast despite leaving the breakfast card on our door before 10pm.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was comfortable! The room service dinner was delicious.

Review 3：Not once since I checked in and got my room keys they would work. I had to go back downstairs to get new keys. Every time! Outdated rooms. Very uncomfortable and noisy beds. No chairs in the balcony.

Review 8：Lobby and restaurant food were great. Shuttle driver was more than willing to help with luggage and show me to my room. Shuttle back to airport took a little more time, but driver was very helpful getting me a wheelchair.

Review 20：Regency Hotel Miami is one of the many airport hotels close to MIA and as good as any of them for typical one night stay after arrival or before departure. Room was a bit worn-out but clean and spacious with comfortable king size bed. On New Years Eve it was a bit overpriced. Shuttle service from airport worked perfectly and driver Ramon made a positive impression.

Review 22：It was close by many restaurants and different shopping facilities. It had a free 24 hour shuttle to the airport. It had a free shuttle to the malls. The hotel has its own car rental and ATM machine. The neighborhood was not so busy as downtown.

Review 31：Well... the first impression was quite horrible!... it seemed like the receptionist didn't like to work on Christmas eve... his reluctant replies to our questions, as well as his overall behavior was not acceptable at all. Apart from that, the hotel itself (especially bathroom) was not clear at all... the shower was draining the entire night and the windows were not sound proof so every time that a plane was landing or taking of, we woke up!

Review 32：Front desk by night. The man was very unfriendly late by night when we arrived for the check in. He was rude. In the next morning the staff was diferent at the front desk and very polite.

Review 34：All the odd-numbered rooms are only 150 feet from an outdoor-indoor restaurant that has a live bland that performs at a high decibel range until midnight. At 10:30 PM I complained and was moved to an even-numbed room on the other side of the corridor.

Review 39：Manager was very helpful when we told him our unhappiness with the airport shuttle. We waited 50 minutes (6 phone calls to the hotel) and watched the shuttle go by because it was full, only to have another one TRY to go by. He compt us dinner for our trouble and was very nice.

Review 40：In-room air conditioners meaning extra unnecessary noise and given that's it's an airport hotel, there was no soundproofing at all. So in the morning when the planes started to come in, you could really hear them. The wifi was slow and unreliable. Not going back.

However it is so close to the airport that every flight taking off or landing prevented me from sleeping. Also we were told upon checking in to not leave any belongings in our car because of recent burglaries, which was far from reassuring.

Review 56：The only negative (and I already left a comment which was received graciously, and more than adequately, by the assistant manager is that the bathroom fixtures were old, stained and bordering on moldy. There was a crack in the bathroom ceiling which caused the tiles by the bathtub to be slightly wet all the time. Please note this is the only reason I gave not a very good rating for cleanliness; this rating was fair, but should not reflect on the housekeeping staff as it is not their fault.

Review 93：It was my second visit in a week. The first visit was fine the second one was not. The room was not that clean. The bath tab had stains and hair (very long, mine is short). The washbasin was also dirty. The Bath tab and the washbasin were clogged. The breakfast was again horrible.

Review 94：I had read many reviews it had claimed that it was a nice quiet hotel and would recommend it. I would not they suggested for $10 more we could have a quieter room so we choose to do this, that was a big joke. We felt like airplanes were coming in the room and were going to land in the room. Big mistake. No I would not recommend this place.

Review 95：No laundry service available !!! need to go to nearest self-service wash machines and iron your cloths yourself in the room. Not confortabe travelling for business, often having no time for anything. Rest room to be renewed. Late check-out at 2.00 PM available with 20.00 USD rate, not possible to have it complementary not even after 4 nights stay. Consierge asked 1.00 USD to keep my lagguage for 2h, I do not complain for 1.00 USD but normally this is a complementary service.

Review 119：The walls were paper thin, or the door to the next apartment let a lot of noise in. The pick up service from the airport was absolutely terrible, I waited for almost an hour watching everyone else around me get collected. I eventually paid for a cab which was really disappointing.

There is also a once a day shuttle free of charge to the 'Dolphin' huge local shopping mall. A taxi to South Beach with it's clubs and bars was around 30 Dollars. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
