Review 1：it claimed, but no fridge, no microwave, spa didnt work, room had some disgusting stuff-needed cleaning, couldnt get them to clean room, had to ask for toilet paper, had to ask for towels, had to get key rekeyed every day, each staff member gave a different reason for issues. there was no views, it wasnt beautiful

Review 4：The staff didn't care I was at the window. The second floor balcony above our room looked to be falling. Mold in bathroom. No lighting in the dark area of the hotel we were sent to. We were approached by some guy immediately with unknown intentions. People came and went all night from the room next door. Very, very shady place. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

Review 6：They didn't clean the room, just changed sheets and towels. Both faucets were dripping. There's no hangers for clothes. Everything was broken, it wasn't the room for $50, it was a disaster.

Turned on ac couldn't seem to cool,maybe for the room temp was too hot .1 washrag,1 towel for 2 people!!!!Couldn't rest waiting for room to cool.Layed in bed by bthrm seen that the smoke alarm had no batteries in it!!!! Turned back covers,sheets stained!!! Dirt r grease idk,went to wet the one washrag,stained r dirty idk. Could not believe it was so dirty of motel. I turned in key told them room told them room didn't cool,she told me I should of told of told them,I was too tired,no sleep,too hot.

Review 9：Hotel is being renovated from its previous career as an hourly/crackmotel; it still needs a lot of work. Overall, I would say clean but dilapidated. Electronic room lock barely worked, rust on lamps, missing lightbulbs at vanity. But the carpet and bedding were brand-new? Maybe this just reflects the bleed-out pattern of the last body. Didn't have wi-fi, as advertised. Late for breakfast, but the remains involved Tampico.

Review 10：Staff was helpful. The room was extremely clean. Easy to get to from the highway. Looooooow prices.

Review 11：The first room we got had roaches everywhere and the carpet was damp. Itsmelled musky and old. I saw a roach crawling across the headboard andthat was all I could handle. The mattress box springs were all exposedand severely stained. We were upgraded, using the term very loosely, andit was no better with the exception we didn't see any roaches. Wewere denied a refund and the free breakfast was dreadful. All in all oneof the top three worst ones we've stayed in.

Review 12：First off I paid over one hundred and thirty dollars to stay the room acdidn't work they sent the maintenance man he stated point blankthere was nothing he could do. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a fan.After complaining I was moved to another room air still didn't work.Owner told me to go somewhere for 2 to 3 hours so room could cool downat which it was 2am...after argument with him he told me I was at amotel not a hotel. So I now know never to stay again and go to a hotel.

Review 13：I didn't like the fact that I left my room at noon on Friday and returned at 2 am and my room was never cleaned. no clean towels, tub dirty. I called front desk and asked for towels and was told I couldn't get any till after 10am when housekeeping comes in.. As a manger of housekeeping at a hotel I found this to be very sad. and 3 days later im still trying to get a manager to call me back..

Review 14：The A/C was off when we got into the room so luckily we had plans to grab dinner as the room cooled. Also when the maids came in they didn't fix the bed which is okay but they took all the towels and didn't replace them. So we had to run around asking for towels.

Review 20：What I didn't like was everything else. The property is very old and it looks it. The grass had not been cut in many weeks and is very high. Checking in I felt the staff was unwelcoming. I was told to wait by someone standing on the same side of the counter as me and that they were having a shift change At 3pm. I understood and waited. Checking out the room, it was just as the pictures. There is no closet to hang clothes, only dresser drawers. No iron, no hair dryer, no coffee pot like most other hotels. Other guests seem to be locals judging by the amount of people coming and going and the amount of pot smoke coming from the other rooms. Most guests that we encountered were nice but it was still very uncomfortable knowing what is going on there. I'm unlikely to stay again.

Review 21：The purpose of choosing this property was specifically the jacuzzi tub. The tub was wonderful.

Review 24：We arrived around 11am and were told we could not check in till 3pm. When we returned to check in there were problems with the booking. Our first room was not what we reserved or paid for. We settled for a room with a king size bed even though we had paid for a king suite. We went to dinner and when we returned there were other guest in our room. Thankfully we had not left any belonging in the room. Nothing about the property is as advertised. The location is questionable, the rooms are way overpriced, and the grounds need maintenance. Our valentines day getaway turned into a valentines nightmare. We wound up driving home that night without doing any of the things we had planned because all other hotels were booked.

Review 26：There were stains on the carpet right when you walked into the room. The pillows on the bed smelled like they had been sprayed with perfume (glad I brought my own pillow). The room was less than clean, the bathtub was GROSS!! I don't know how many times they have resurfaced it but they should just take it out. There was NO WAY that I was going to shower in that room. And the left over marijuana joint outside by the stairs was exceptionally NON ACCEPTABLE. The price for the room..... UNACCEPTABLE as well. $30.00 a night room at best, not $75.00

Review 31：1st the in room coffee pot was missing the basket and lid to pot that allows it to brew, didnt matter tho there was no coffee in the room. They didnt come in the room to clean it or leave new towels, when asked front desk for some she said she couldn't do that. On check out day, i called and asked if they had a late check out for 12 or 1 instead of 11 MOST hotels accommodate this request. I was told no and hung up on, then at 1030 am they began to hound us about check out. 1030, 1045, 11, 1105, 1110 and at 1115 they came to the room to kick us out (we just finished loading the car and triple checking the room to make sure we hadn't left anything behind) I have never been treated with such disrespect and horrible customer service Considering the hotel had a whole 10 rooms being used. There are plenty other hotels in that area that i will be using instead!!!! 2 thumbs down.

Review 85：1. No toilet paper in rooms. We had to practically beg (repeatedly) for a roll of toilet paper.2. Prostitutes everywhere. In fact, the day we checked out the US Marshal Service was raiding the lobby and going through all the paperwork at the front desk. 3. If we could have got our money back, we would have left the first day of arrival.

Review 87：The sign at the front desk saying that refunds would not be made 15 minutes after check in should have warned me. There was an open top garbage can next to my room that bred flies. There was open sewage flowing across the sidewalk and parking lot. When I opened the room, it smelled bad. The beds were not made properly - sheets not tucked in at the bottom, no blanket. Drivers in the parking lot at midnight loudly calling out to other guests. Could not get the front desk on the phone or in person for several minutes. Just generally not a very pleasant place.

We booked a none smoking room, it stunk with lots of cigarette burns around the room, we complained, the receptionist said all the rooms are none smoking and she would move us just the once and if the next room stunk then it was our hard luck and there would be no refund. Well it stunk. There was no controlling the noise the guests made too, in our case the noise went on til 3:30am on the landings and pool area.
