Review 1：Just didn't think that the non refundable pet deposit was very "friendly" $75 bucks and there was no "cleaning" that needed to occur.

Review 13：The room was clean and very comfortable. It was a large room and laid out into different sections so there was privacy when it was needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Since it was a very hot weekend it was a wonderful experience to walk into a cool room after being out in the heat all day. The staff was professional and friendly. I will use this hotel each time family or friends come to visit.

Review 14：I reserved 2 hotel rooms. My husband & I in one and my In-laws in the other. We each revieved our separte reciepts in our rooms. We each paid our separate bills, yet I was still charged for both rooms!?! Not acceptable. Very unhappy about that.

Review 17：animals everwhere, wet dogs in the elevator stunk like crazy, charghed a fee that wasn't disclosed at time of booking, charged before we got there even though we were told we wouldn;t be until arrival. No microwaves in the rooms, pillows were in sad condition

Review 19：The lady that checked us in was fabulous. She went out of her way to make sure that we had a safe place to park our motorcycle. She even exchanged rooms for us , with no hassle, when our first room didn't seem to have a working a/c. She represents this hotel very well. I ride in a large group, and I will tell everyone that this is a biker friendly place to stay.

Review 20：Before arriving asked for shuttle to airport at 5 am. They told us it would be a better idea to take a cab because the shuttle did not leave til 5 and our plane left at 6 am. On the way back from airport the phone was not even answered to pick us back to take us back to our car.

Review 22：of all the bookings we have done through booking.com, this is the first and only facility that declined to print me a receipt upon check out. Each time I asked, I was told, "you booked with booking.com you get a receipt from them." I love booking.com.. we have had amazing results with making our reservations through them. The employees at this facility seemed put out and unwilling to provide basic service because of our reservations being made through "an online service."

Review 26：Made reservation 3 weeks in advance. Arrived and was told they didn't have a double room available and had overbooked. Fortunately they had a single room left and we took it due to it being late and figured all hotels would be booked up at that hour. We had to make the best of it but were frustrated that our reservation that far in advance meant nothing. So don't count on having a room just because you booked ahead!

Review 27：What we didn't like was the teenagers running the halls at 11pm. We was trying to relax after a long day and you could hear all the noise in the hall.

Review 30：This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel and I was so impressed with the staff both times. Each employee was kind and genuine and willing to go the extra mile. During my most recent visit, I had a minor allergic reaction and the staff had the shuttle to take me to 7-Eleven to pick up an anti-histamine--great service!

He worked at the front desk on Sunday Aug. 31st from midnight to morning (saw him for breakfast) well he, was AWESOME! The king suites are really nice & very clean. The bed! oh the bed was heaven! Our overall stay was Excellent!! We will definitely be booking future stays at the Hyatt Place when visiting OKC.

Review 41：I was picked up at the airport and the guy took me to an ATM on the way. the bartender made me a special drink which I really enjoyed.I ordered food which by the way you do have to go down and pick up yourself but it was delicious.I asked to stay late and they said no problem I stayed till 2.
