Review 2：The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This hotel is in a good location, with close proximity to the beach and only a ten minute drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. Breakfast was included and was delivered to our door in the morning at a time of our choosing. This was so convenient and a great touch. The room had nice amenities, with a microwave and mini fridge, and it was spotlessly clean.

We were given a list of items, along with beverages and a list of delivery times. The muffins on the menu were awesome and came to the room hot, after having just been made in their kitchen. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made sure your needs were met. This is a place my husband will be sure to return.

I went to check out to get a final bill to see if any addtl charges were due from breakfast. My bill had no addtl charges, but after I left a charge was posted to my credit card from the day before. Even though I asked for a final bill and it showed no addtl charges.

The customer requests the food they want and you request a half hour window. Ten minutes before delivery they phone to advise that it is on the way. They were always within the first 15 minutes of the window and the food was always hot, cold or very fresh depending on your order.
