Review 1：It was a last minute booking on Labor Day Weekend so the rate was quite high for a lightly renovated motel room with no tv in the room. But it was sufficient in a pinch and the owner was very nice.

Toilet bowl was broken entire stay after repeated attempts to fix. Restaurant was way overpriced for horrible wait staff. Owners were nice, but did not cut us a break on anything.

Review 8：The set-up of the kitchen was awkward with no counter for food preparation. It really needed a coffee maker and microwave. We basically did breakfast and made lunches so it was ok. This was a good set-up for a family.
Review 9：The room was spacious and newly renovated. The grounds were nice as well-seating outside the room, picnic tables and grills. The location was great as it was outside of town towards the light house. The town beach pass was helpful- Ditch Plains was a beautiful beach-perfect for surfing.
