Review 1：The sheets were dirty. Asked them to change it. Apparently something wrong with the washing machine? The new sheets were just as dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky - wasn't cleaned properly. Wifi not the greatest. Pools small.
Review 2：Karin at the front desk (owner of the guesthouse) was so welcoming and kind! She let us check in early and upgraded our room for us free of charge! The room was ocean facing and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the gorgeous houses infront of it. The view looks like a small town in Italy. Excellent service!!

Review 4：I like the swimming pool facilities woooow, the staff was welcoming, bedding was clean ,fresh, liked the bible that was our room , read a bible verse before we slept... Portofino Guest House Rocks :)
Review 5：Family suit was an odd design and the bathroom was terrible ( small, mouldy, door wouldnt close properly). The second room was only divided by a cutain, so no privacy. Sitting area looked into the bathroom and was rather dark!

Review 9：The linen and towels were dirty. The shower heads were rusty and outdated. The water and taps had no filtration system even though they knew that the water was brack water. The water also had a foul smell possibly due to the lack of a filtration system. The furniture is also outdated. If we had known all these things beforehand we would have only stayed for one night.
