Review 1：Don´t ever book this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, the room was very worn down, cleaning not that good, the food very uninteresting, the beverages from the bar lousy, russian very loud entertainment in the evening, I really cant find anything positive to say about this hotel. We left and continued our journey to another Hotel in Alanya with 1/2 star less than Galaxy Beach, but believe me, this hotel was heaven compared to Galaxy Beach hotel. We have been travelling a lot in Türkey and seen many different hotels, but Galaxy Beach hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Review 3：1. all rooms have old furniture and nasty bathroom with mold (!, can you imagine, in 4 star hotel)- may be it was nice and luxurious, but like 10-15 years ago... I asked from many people - their rooms were also f*ucked up. if you finally booked room in this hotel - I recommend you to see your room first before paying. 2. nasty receptionist called ahmet. he is impolite, rude and as I was told expects money for every little peace of help. he smiles and has an shining face until the moment he gets your money... afterwards you - piece of sh*t. 3. animation: "Дети, вы готовы? / kids are you ready?" and 2-3 same songs and that's every night. poor kids were though ready every night... 4. hygiene in the canteen not on the highest level - would be very softly said. cooks look so "friendly" as they would gladly cook you instead of the chicken they made for you. 5. people hardly speak English or Russian. 6. it is not safe to keep valuables - money was stolen from one of the rooms and noone did anything. I'd say this hotel is more than ok if you got a cheap tour and don't expect too much. however since we had all-included and expected real 4star hotel - was a disappointment for us.

Review 4：1. location is perfect: 30 m to the beach 2. few people from stuff: I am especially grateful to the older receptionist speaking German, I don't remember his name, unfortunately, but he was one of the nicest people I've met during the whole trip: so helpful and kind... also Jippara- girl from hamam was very kind and helpful. 3. food was generally ok, a lot of it per day, but from day to day it was more or less the same. not diverse. meat is mainly only chicken - hardly beef, maybe 1-2 times only. the candies were good though.
