Review 1：not much fun in the winter.the room wasn't so comfortable as I expected.and the price was much lower on the internet on the day we checked in than the price I spent several days ago.

Review 4：Staff did not direct us where to get a cart to haul our things up that didn't involve stairs. Room could have been cleaner. Heater was very touchy. We were either freezing or sweating. Toilet seat slides to the side when you sit, loose tiles in the bathroom. Found black long hairs on clean towels.other pool area by front desk was not heated and the pool was freezing; unable to use. Night shift staff was not helpful in reservation issues.

Review 5：Loved the warm pool and the baby slide. We were very close to the pool. Beds were comfortable.

Review 6：The heat did not work well, so our room was cold. The hot tub water wasn't even warm. The shower in our room didn't even give out much water.

Review 7：- The hot tub in our suit was not exactly dirty, but sort of dusty which you couldn't see until it was filled with water. Might have not been used in a while? Not all jets worked and the ones that did were weak.- The furniture (sofa bed, chair and night stands) was pretty worn and old looking, saggy which is not a huge deal for me personally since I mostly care about my hotel rooms being clean and neat and have things in working condition.- One of the light bulbs was out above little dining table (easy fix, might have been overlooked)- I found it weird that all the dressers were in the second bedroom. None in the main room with the king bed. Can't exactly get dressed if someone is sleeping in there. Not a big deal for 1 night, but would have been strange if we had stayed a week or more lol- The pool area was also very old looking and could use a remodel- One of the nightstands by the king bed in the main room did not have a lamp or a power outlet (which explains the absence of lamp lol) it was kind of weird, no reading in bed or charging your phone on that side.- As for the room location (it was #117), and this is 100% my personal preference, I wish we could have switched rooms (if it hadn't been holiday weekend) because I had requested 2nd floor at the time of booking but we got the room right by the entryway door into the building (#4) on the ground floor where everyone was walking past our second bedroom windows and main room patio doors so we had to have drapes drawn the entire time. Having day light in the room was out of the question. We could however walk back and forth to the car to retrieve forgotten items (it was very close to our patio) without going out and around through the hallway but I wouldn't want that same room during a nicer season as I just don't see myself using that patio everyone walks on (no distance between the walkway to the building door and the patio. Lots of traffic.

Review 8：- We stayed 1 night only (1/1/16) and got a family "Mermaid" Suite. It was 3 of us, my husband and I and my father. Perfect size room for this type of group. - Enough privacy for everyone. - The best part of this stay was the price for this size of room booked completely last minute and for the holiday weekend. I wasn't able to get us in anywhere else, not even the place where we always stay when we come to Wis. Dells. - Also, many places have a 2 night min and we only needed 1 night. - Fireplace in the room was great especially on such a cold winter weekend. - I liked having a kitchenette and a safe. - Beds were comfortable and had many pillows. - All appliances worked right. - Hotel gives free passed to Chula Vista water park which is pretty awesome All in all, IMO, this is a perfect place for a large family with kids. You can get one of these affordable suites or a larger one which sleep 6+ people to accommodate everyone and considering how expensive everything else in the Dells is, especially for a large family, this would be a perfect place to sleep and shower, so you can spend your money on the entertainment. This is not the place for people who prefer luxurious lodging. This is a place for people on a budget. This type of room specifically is IMO best for a family with younger kids due to the somewhat strange layout. All dressers are in the bedroom and whomever is staying in that bedroom also needs to walk through the main room (which has a king bed and a sofa bed) to get to the bathroom ( for example, in the middle of the night). So if you are looking for more privacy, this room is not for you.

Review 9：It was definitely an older hotel that needs updates, but for the price they charge it was a good value. If kids were 6/7 years old or older they would most likely get bored quickly.

Review 25：The water park area was great for the kids. It was easy to keep an eye on them and still let them be independant. The older children enjoyed the bigger pool and water basketball. Tickets to Chula Vista were included, big plus for the older kids!

Had to wait a day until someone with real authority called me back!! Also needs big time improvements, soiled and stained furniture, dirty, grimy whirlpool tub. YUK!!!

Review 37：To make a long story short we found 3 cockroaches in room 322 we had to move in the morning of Friday morning and go to a different hotel Which was not easy to find with everything booked the manager was rude and hung up on us .. We also have pics of them and the died ones after I killed one and one got away.found one died under frig in floor dead ...the worst trip ever spent to much money on gas to get there and our stay sucked!!!!!!!!

Atlantus claimed it had a water park call the aqua water park it turned out to be an indoor kiddy wading pool with a slide and a seperate pool and hot tub. not at all what i expected for the money i paid.. They offered water park passes for chula vista and noah ork but we couldnt take advantage of it be cause we had allready puchased tickets that morning and gone to the park before checking in. no other compensation was offered after explaning that we had already paid for the water parks. definately not worth the money

Review 48：Upon entering the room, it smelled of wet, mildew towels. A very unpleasant odor that did not go away. You had to specifically ask about wifi, it was like a secret they did not want to share. Kids slamming doors, running in the halls, and yelling well after midnight. No towels in their pool areas, you had to have your own. One of the worst hotel stays ever.

Review 49：The location was the best part of the place. Free admission to Noah 's ark and Chula Vista helped as their pools were small and for young kids.

Review 56：The hotel did not provide pool towels,our room wasn't that clean, house keeping came to early and gave us towels but did not come back to clean our room, when i checked in they could not find the extra night that i added, the A/C and heat did not work well at all, the bathroom was very small and the walls are very thin and people were being very loud, the screen door on our belcony was broke so bugs got in when we had the door open, the room had a weird smell to it and at night trying to ask questions to the staff they told me to wait to talk to managment in the morning on every question we asked.

Review 70：When we arrived to our room we discovered it had not yet been cleaned. We had to drag our stuff back down to the lobby to request a different room. The staff person was very nice but the room we were given was not available the next night, and we had booked a two night stay. So the next morning we had to pack everything up and move to yet another room. Super inconvenient, especially with children. Carpet and furniture were filthy. Hot tub in our room was broken. Sliding glass door to patio did not lock. Shower had zero pressure. The breakfast was horrible. We will not go back to this hotel.

It was in the rubber coating so it wasn't sharp. And didn't affect our fun. Dvd player would have been nice for my sons shows. And there was not a clock anywhere in our suite? Review 77：We loved the balcony being on the first floor. Loading bags in was much easier. Having more than one pool area as an option was more comfortable. We had choices for our three year old without leaving hotel. You didn't have to be on top of another family either. Game room was fun distraction to get my son to leave pool area. We had a Neptune suite with in room whirlpool. It was very spacious and fireplace was nice. There was a separate bedroom with its own tv. This helped our son go to bed easier. The bathroom was extremely clean. And the extra deep tub was a delight.

Review 78：I thought the watepark, indoor pool area, would have more to offer along with the arcade area. The machine in the arcade room that gives out prizes did not work and could not be fixed before we left the next day which didn't bother me but the children felt cheated.

Review 79：The staff were excellent, very helpful, especially the one that worked behind the grill/bar in the pool area. A very nice latino gentelman. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Review 80：The building is old, musty & needs serious updates. It's also NOT handicap friendly. The room had dirty walls and the bathroom had broken floor tiles. The balcony had carpeting on it to hide the weak structure. We wanted to escape our room as soon as we entered.

We will never stay there again some of the staff didn't speak English. Some of the staff don't know the hotel.we were getting sent to different staff members before we found what we were looking for. The Manger never contacted me. So me and my family was split up for our trip.
