Review 1：Small comfortable rooms, very clean, very nice staff, and I could bring my dog. Right in the middle of town and only a block from the beach. Would stay there again.
Review 2：like most properties in downtown montauk the rooms are older and small but well kept and clean. there were some 20 something kids hanging out at the pool.

Review 6：The mattress wad terrible. Felt like a piece of plywood. The bathroom floor was dirty and shower stall haf exposed rusty plumbing. It was so small you could barely fit in shower. The clincher was getting locked in bathroom when the doorknob didnt work. My husband had to open door from the outside. The wood paneling circa 1970 at best was all rotted along bottom probably from hurricane sandy. I couldn't wait to check out of this dump.
