Review 1：Me: can you please send a couple of tonic water bottles to our room? Front desk: sorry. The restaurant is closed. Just coke or water. Me: I don't want coke or water. I want tonic water for my drinks. Front desk: You should call a supermarket to have it delivered. This is totally unacceptable for an upscaled hotel!

Review 5：My room's shower floor design was not properly built. The water didn't leave the shower. Breakfast was not that great. It was a normal breakfast. Didn't have a restaurant nor a pool. No refrigerator in the room.

Review 6：The location. The bedroom. Almost everything. Best arepa con huevo. Tried Cayeye for the first time, which green banana cooked with local cheese. Excellent. Nice bed and pillows. Automatic shades.

Review 10：There was a receptionist I believe his name was Oscar, and his customer service and ability to make me feel comfortable definitely made my stay worthwhile and comforting. A home away from home.

Review 11：This is a new hotel and the staff didn´t seem particularly eager to be helpful or willing to go out of their way. They never had change. And never offered to get any. We asked for a laundry where we could get our clothes washed by the kilo and we were told they don´t exist. We found one on line but we didn´t have time to use it with only an overnight stay. When they ordered a car for the airport it was too small and we had to go in two cars which cost us more money. As we were leaving we were told we had to pay for two capuccinos we ordered at breakfast because the coffee was terrible. After the mistake with the taxis they should have just forgotten about the capuccinos...or at least they should have told us when we odered them that they would be extra.

Review 12：Location was great. Style of hotel was lovely if you like modern, which I do. They upgraded our room which was kind and necessary. The basic rooms are very small. The elevator was amazing and the air conditioner worked very well and I am a real stickler for good air conditioning.
