Reviews for Mill Inn
Review 1:Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. No protein just carbs. Would be nice to have yogurt or some hard boiled eggs.
Review 2:It's a nice cozy little spot
Review 3:Location was ideal, room was spacious and nicely decorated. Lots of hot water for showering and no traffic noise. The breakfast offer was great. The waffles were delicious and eating area was well maintained.
Review 4:not walking distance to town & only restaurants nearby were pretty basic; expected a "historic building" to have been a bit more special
Review 5:close to interstate, nice reception area, decent breakfast included
Review 6:The room looked and felt old and tired. The room design was odd with the sink located outside the bathroom in the living area. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Adding to the sleepless night was the unrelenting road noise from the adjacent busy intersection.
Review 7:Conveniently located near a Starbucks and access to the interstate.
Review 8:Only one small bar of soap. Vanity was outside of the bathroom area, so it would have been good to have a bar of soap for the shower and one for the sink - all other hotels/motels offer that.
Review 9:Loved the strawberries for the waffles. Great location.
Review 10:It was difficult for my husband to shave with the corner sink and mirrors on both sides of the wall, but otherwise, no problems.
Review 11:Very much liked the decor. Room was clean and breakfast was very good.
Review 12:Great place to stay. Very convenient. Asked about local restaurants and got some really good info for a local steak house. Very polite and interested in helping customers. Would definitely stay there again.
Review 13:We did not like the noisy street; room was rather small and dingy; step down in the room was weird.
Review 14:We liked the fact that it was a repurposed property, friendly staff, free breakfast, availability of laundry.
Review 15:Continental breakfast had limited choices and was made up with high carb foods.
Review 16:The walking / running path near the hotel and good dining choices close by.
Review 17:The room was very clean, albeit a little small. We had a nice view onto the hills. Location was near the main drag, so it was convenient to get to a number of things. Breakfast was good and complete. Nicely rustic; we enjoyed the fact that it was a converted mill.
Review 18:Breakfast was good but not well-replenished as supplies were running low.
Review 19:Easy to find, easy access from stairs or elevator. Awesome Western decor. Nice to have an exercise room while on a long trip.
Review 20:The step down in the dark when entering the room. There is a warning sign, but the room is dark. Staff should warn you about it at the desk during check in.
Review 21:This unique little gem had nice decor, good location to interstate, interesting history, and food nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our travels to Denver.
Review 22:The breakfast area was clean and neat, but I would have liked to have some protein options.
Review 23:A very easy access hotel with wonderful views of the Big Horn Mountains from the top of the tower.
Review 24:Staff was very friendly. Very clean. Pet friendly was an understatement. Had a specific pet friendly area outside. Equipped with trash bags and a disposal area.
Review 25:There was nothing about this inn that I didn't like.
Review 26:Very nice Inn. Exceptionally clean, wonderful staff, good location. I really liked the rustic decor and the historic photos they have displayed. Continental breakfast was nice, they even had several types of hot tea. Overall a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back.
Review 27:We liked that the hotel had been part if the flour mill and was on the Historical Landmark registry. The staff was friendly, great to be able to get enough ice to fill cooler for the next length of our trip.
Review 28:When an unexpected early check-in became necessary, the staff had the room ready in 20 minutes. Well done, staff!!! Many thanks to all! We will always recommend The Mill Inn to travelers!
Review 29:Wife was not happy with the motel concept (door to outside) but we were on the 2nd floor so not to much of a problem. It is a converted mill and for the price you could not fault it, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.
Review 30:Would pay a bit more for a breakfast that had some protein like best westerns have.
Review 31:Close to interstate, reasonable rates, nice breakfast area, with waffles, etc.
Review 32:The lighting was poor. The walls are thin and if neighbors use TV or chatter it is evident. The sink is in the bedroom. Bathroom is tiny. When someone used the shower in an adjoining room at 5:00 AM, one could hear loud water rushing sound through pipes. The breakfast was minimal; no eggs or sausage.
Review 33:The price was the lowest we had on our road trip. There is little or no external noise in the area. A Perkins restaurant is nearby. Distance to downtown id about 7 minutes. Interesting as a historic site
Review 34:the door to our room was very hard to open, I alerted the staff, so hopefully it is fixed.
Review 35:has a laundry! If you're a large person, the bathroom is accommodating. Roomy, convenient to stores. Good continental breakfast with waffles as well as other breakfast food. I used the ironing board as a second luggage rack--who irons on vacation??
Review 36:It was all great

Review 115:Queen bed seemed more like a double and was very hard. Breakfast was very limited and wasn't up to our normal experience. Cleaning chemicals left an unpleasant odor in the room.
Review 116:Location was close to restaurants and shopping.
Review 117:The only downside was the lack of protein in the breakfast; but it did measured up to the advertisement.
Review 118:History was honored in a tasteful, interesting and relaxing way. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We will look forward to stopping here again.
Review 119:The bed was ROCK HARD and it was killing me! I was told they were new beds purchased a few months ago, but I just couldn't sleep on it. It was killing my lower back and hips. I only stayed one night of my 6 booked nights. Also, although the hotel is "pet friendly", they relegated people with pets to rooms with hard floors. In my case, it was a laminate wood floor. Unfortunately, my dog HATES slick floors like that. I had to get a blanket out of my car and lay it down like an area rug before he would come into the room.
Review 120:The desk staff was very apologetic about the bed issue and even when out of her way to help me find another room in another hotel for the rest of my stay.
