Review 1：The only complaint I'd have was on the part of the booking.com website stating that the hotel was pet friendly but not telling you that you would have to pay an extra $25 fee on arrival. But the manager was there when we checked in and offered to wave the fee due to it catching is off guard:) That was very generous and appreciated.

Review 2：Comfortable, lots of space. Both a indoor and out for entry to room entry. My little kids LOVED the sky walk. The breakfast was excellent and generous.

Review 3：This was probably the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in! We were simply amazed!! The desk staff was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. The room had updated fixtures, and felt fairly new, even though this hotel is slightly older. Made to order breakfast was outstanding, and the waitress was wonderful. We really can't say enough good things about our stay, and for this price point, we felt like we won the hotel lottery!

Review 15：The sink was so low we almost had to bend down to get to it. Bathroom not adequate for a best western . we were next to a room where the guests went out their door and smoked, it all came into the room. this is a no smoking facility

When she finished her call after about 10 min she asked if we had a reservation and having responded she took my card at which point the phone rang again and we were ignored for another 10 min while she answered and waved my card around. There was no recognition of the delay and even then she was very abrupt. At breakfast we got the impression that the staff felt it was too much trouble hot water was tepid, and at 08.50 we were told that they were giving a 10 min warning and they would clear away at 9.00 This is a service industry if I arrive after 9.00 fair enough but wait till those in have finished.

Hot breakfast was good and the had a great dinner special in the restaurant with a prime rib buffet! It was delicious! They hotel even gave us vouchers for 2 free drinks. Great place to stay

Review 30：A little stingy on parking; we were lucky to get a spot near our room, but latecomers weren't so lucky.

When we checked out, a young woman at front desk took a minute to fill my travel cup with coffee from the employees' lounge when the vacuum pot in the lobby was empty. We paid about the same price for a questionable and tacky motel in a neighboring town; this wasn't cheap but it was a bargain in comparison.

Review 32：We were unable to stay here. I made a reservation on Bookings.com. It was stated that I did not need my credit card info. We stopped to eat. I did't have my phone. The hotel called for the credit card. They couldn't reach me and they cancelled. The web site said there were still rooms so we tried again in person and they were sold out.

Review 33：Poor parking on property side of stay. Property is not modern. Smokers on balcony outside of rooms caused second hand smoke in stairs and hallway. Newer options are nearby off interstate highway. Won't have to wait for trains crossing to get to property after long drive!

Review 35：1st. There were about 8-10 workers hanging outside of the B W smoking and not acting professional. 2nd. NO ELEVATOR!!!!! I had a fusion in 06 and if I had known there was not one, I would have stayed somewhere else. 3rd. The fridge was filthy and not even on. 4th. I was waken at 6:30 by maintaince men working outside my room. 5th. The ice makers were not in a place that didn't disturb me. They were right outside my door. They were being used at all hrs of the night.

Review 109：There was parking lot construction going on and I was placed on the other side of the construction. The parking for this area was right on an alley which for a lone person did not feel safe. The room felt dirty - the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed and the top of the bedding had specs of stuff on it. I should have called and demanded another room but at check in time the staff was not that friendly and I was tired from a long day on the road. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Yes it is close to the center of town but it feels very outdated.

Review 110：Painfully slow wifi. Hotel is spread out over a few buildings which was interesting and can make it difficult to get to the lobby. Lobby area parking lot was undergoing construction which made checking in a little cumbersome. Room was a tad small compared to other hotels I have stayed in. I wasn't blown away with accommodations and what I paid for them. Maybe I was paying for downtown location? They are pet friendly and charge a non - refundable fee which was on par with other hotels I stayed in.

Review 111：I liked the location and variety of dining options nearby. Free breakfast buffet was excellent. I could drive up to my hotel room which was ideal since I was traveling with pets. I was in a quiet part of the hotel. Minimal noise. The bed was comfortable. Nice pool area. AC was pretty quiet. I had it on "fan only" mode and it created a nice ambient sound perfect for sleeping.

Review 112：The location...very few options to eat after a long 11hr day of driving. I was grateful for a place to stay, and impressed by the accommodations for such a small town, but disappointed by the lack of places to eat that weren't chain fast food.
