Review 1：Payed for a room that should sleep 6. Recieved a room that accommodated 4. 2 of the children slept on blankets on the floor. Was not a clean motel.

Review 3：The bed was extremely hard. Quiet hours were not in forced. Kids screaming and running up and down the halls after midnight. The kiddie pool water was freezing cold. There were a ton of people drinking booze in the pool area with glass bottles. The hot tubs had many toddlers and babies in them. It seemed like the staff only wanted to sell time shares. The bathroom off the pool was covered in vomit. The cleaning staff was told not to clean the room on Friday and chose not come on Saturday, so we didn't have clean towels. The WiFi never worked and we got 5 stations on the TV!

Review 6：I liked everything, no drama, staff was great and attentive, except for not being able to receive garbage bags when we wanted them. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Review 7：Keys didn't work so we were locked out every time we came back to the hotel. The hallways smell moldy. The pools are closed even during posted times of operation. The ONE night they were opened (1/4 nights we were there) the water was SO chlorinated that we broke out in a rash. The blankets are hard and scratchy. The staff was not friendly except for John at the front desk. The tv didn't work. Carpet was stained.

Review 9：There was garbage laying around the pool area. The rooms were badly in need of upgrades. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The TV was very old and only got 4 channels, one of which didn't have sound. The Wi-Fi was quite poor. And the room price was more than what was quoted online and they wouldn't honor the online price.

Review 10：The water park and pool were nice enough for our young children They had a lot of fun and it wasn't very busy. Also the water was nice and warm. For the amount we paid, we weren't expecting a whole lot and we got what we paid for.

Review 27：Upon arrival, they were unable to locate our reservation in their system, but thankfully we had the print out confirmation which was honored. Once settled, it was clear to see why it was undergoing a renovation. Many of the furnishings were outdated, WiFi strength lacked, television channels were at a minimum, and some of the pools were closed for repairs or maintenance. If you're only staying there for a few days, the quality is worth the cost. Hopefully come next season, more of their renovation is reflected throughout their rooms and pools.

Review 28：It was great having parking so close to our room and having access to the pools by simply walking down the hall.

Review 29：Sofa bed mattress was nasty. Floor around tub was half way caulked looked gross. Deck is nice needed paint and better furniture to sit in. Frig and microwave and tv need major updating.Wish all outside water was heated.

Liked all the info about attractions right next to the entrance.The new updated rooms were gorgeous wish we stayed there.

Review 32：This was a family vacation - we had 4 kids ranging in ages from 8-15 and my brother stayed as well with his family with young kids. The service was slow (understaffed) and the room that slept 6 had a broken sofa bed. Overall the rooms seemed old & dirty. My brother complained a lot. I felt bad because I had picked the place. Next time I will try to find a better facility. Also, first night - music was way to loud down by the outdoor pools.

Review 33：Not clean nothing what the internet said for the description and scarce staff. No food. All the grill stations were closed. Got there at 11:00am and room wasn't ready until 4:30pm! And then it wasn't the room I booked!

Review 35：We travelled down from Canada so wifi wad essential for us and was down our entire stay. Maid service was horrible, we stayed 3 nights and the room was poorly cleaned each day. Carpets smell from the water park and the hallway ceilings are covered in mould. For the price of this hotel stay somewhere on strip and save your money. Not worth the price!

Review 36：We booked a room with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa, but were given aroom with just 2 queen beds. We went down to the front desk and the roomwas changed. This room had mismatched carpeting, 60's furniture andwe couldn't open the screen door. Maintenance came to fix, but laterthe entire door came off the track. We mentioned it to the front deskpersonnel, but it was never taken care of. Two of the outdoor pools wereclosed, one indoor hot tub was "down", the bar closed at 6pmand the snack bar at 7pm. This was a very disappointing vacationexperience. We won't return.

Review 44：Ask for balcony did not get it until after arguing with manager cause front desk said was sold out and did not try to help. No stay over service so no clean towels and room a mess after all day out. Call front desk for 1/2 hr but no answer. WiFi did not work. Old TV with few bad channels. Furniture in balcony disgusting. Many water park areas closed.

Rug seemed old sticky and dirty. Maybe it will be nicer after ther renovation is complete, its it progress currently.

Review 55：The pool area's had lots of areas for kids, my son is 4 he enjoyed the times we had in the pool, and staff was friendly.

Review 64：Both times at service desk I was treated like I was bothering them, I checked in and checked out that's it. They charge you for things that you didn't use and you have to ask for them to remove the charges after your stay. Black mold in the bathrooms, cigarette burns around sink, fan/AC made a loud noise, so we kept it offf (thankfully the temps had cooled). All the staff we encountered seemed to hate life and any guests of the hotel. The price was high, but they did have an indoor water park....but we didn't check it out. The whole stay was pretty disappointing.

When we finally got into a room it wasn't the one we booked.... i went back down to the frount desk and everyone was yelling and waiting for there rooms.. they said they didnt have any rooms so they would just give me a roll away bed for free... i said i paid extra for more beds i want more beds or a refund... i checked in at 4pm and didnt get into a room i booked until 7pm. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because of the on site water park and we have younger children. When i checked in nobody told us there waterpark was down for routine maintense... in the middle of peak season in the summer they do this and dont say a word...we had no sheets for the pull out couch and we never got new towels no madder how many times we called... this was so bad of a stay i will never go back and dont recommend it to anyone!!!

Review 72：it took forever to check in. It was 6:30pm and they were checking to see if rooms were cleaned. They got us I to a room and it wasn't the double queen sofa room we reserved plus, he bed wasn't made and there was a dirty towel the sink. Went down to lobby and they told me they didn't have my room type available. Everywhere was booked, but 40 minutes later, now it's 7:40pm, as I was searching for some place else to stay, miraculously, they had a cancellation. It was a wheelchair accessible room next to the maintenance room. I k ow the maintenance room was right next to us because the window was right by out sliding door on the balcony and the worker had the blinds open. I could see all the junk stacked against the window. As we were checking out the room, we opened the sofa sleeper to see if that was clean, it wouldn't open all the way. The sofa started tipping with it. We needed this bed because there was 6 of us. So, we forced the bed open, good, right? Wrong. When my toddler climbed up on it to check it out, he fell through the corner because the springs were broken. So, we took the mattress off and put it on the floor. No Wi-Fi in the room. No continental breakfast. He bathrooms in the indoor pool area off the lobby were closed because the access is the same door as the bar and grill that was never open. Outdoor area is under renovations. You can order food out there and they have a guy that takes the order from there, goes inside to the indoor grill restaurant, which is locked up, and he brings it outside to where you ordered. Checking out was a 25 minute process, and I got nothing off the stay, no complimentary anything even with he difficult time I had. Others checking in had the same problems. Long check in and a problem with reservations.

Figured this would let staff know we were ready as soon as possible. Normal check in is 4:00. We still did not get into our room until 4:30. Very inconvenient. Four hours should have been more than enough time to have the room ready. Also there was only one bar in the entire hotel that was open and they closed it at 7:00pm. Yes. Before most people even return to the hotel from excursions. ???

Review 79：The location was very convenient. Easy on and off the highways and close to downtown as well.

The staff is disorganized and unhelpful to say the least! No one could give a straight answer to save their soul about price and charges. Was not billed what booking said the room would be!

Review 106：Our room was loud with neighbors, unclean, it had a dirty tissue on the sink, a used contact lens on the air conditioner. The walls were dirty and the wallpaper was coming down. For the price I think we got taken. when I told the staff they made no attempt to offer A discount or even offered regrets just a "Oh we are going to remodel the whole motel!! What about your current guest? I used to really like this place!

Review 107：Check to see if the water parks are open before you book! Most of them were closed when we went, which was not disclosed to us. We had very disappointed children. Also there was broken glass and garbage along the pool paths! Horrible beds and musty smelling rooms! Stay somewhere else is our advise!!!

Review 108：The out door water park was broke down and looked like most of it should be tore down before it falls down . And to access the indoor pools , you had to walk by the outdoor pools in the cold rain , cause indoor access was blocked by closed doors and our TV barely worked . I could go on and on , on how bad this place was . PLease don't let people book that place , your rep will be attached to this disaster of a place.

And the water park was more for smaller kids and I had 16 year olds, but they stayed in the pool so it was ok. They did have to walk back in the cold though.

The matainace people do not help. Times were wrong on pool hours. And there is no tiki car which they tried to charge me for. Highly dissatisfied not even worth the $400 I paid.

Review 127：Many things didn't work: ice machines, hot tubs, had to go outside in freezing weather for at least a 2 minute walk to get to the pool/hot tub that did work. Room had full trash can and dirty kleenex on floor when we got to room.

Review 128：There was dirt and sand in all pools and saunas like they haven't been clean in a long time, I didn't let my son play in the large pool, it was cloudy and smelled, dirty towels all over, never saw 1 person cleaning, hotel room smelled and sink was clogged.

Will never stay there again unless I had a tour to see all the upgrading let alone recommend it. This was suppose to be a nice honeymoon suite for us newlyweds and we hardly stayed there unless to sleep.
