Review 1：The instructions to find the room, the employees talked as I knew the place,and the sales trick for the breakfast buffet I didn't like that, I wait for an hour to be attended, then wait for one more for a sales person to come, no breakfast and loose 20 dollars, no way, more respect I need.
Review 2：I had some problems with the card readers for entry into my condo. This is very minor as the staff at the front desk were always very kind about getting the problem resolved.
Review 3：The shuttle services provided were outstanding. You have a great staff of people providing those services. Joe, Wally and Jose are very cordial and timely.
Review 4：Upon arrival, the apartment was closed up and stuffy. The air should be on. The inside of the apartment was a little dated. It needs to be up graded. The sheets were a bit worn out. Also they tried to invite my husband and I to an early breakfast but I knew it was going to be a timeshare pitch. How sneaky! The property is full of old people

Review 6：Full on timeshare pitch. The room were dated and tired. Central to Lauderdale and Miami but the place itself is in the middle of nowhere.

Review 8：The building is in the middle of nowhere, or better in the middle of a swamp, so there is nothing around except for other hotels, but the have a free shuttle that takes you around. But if you want to go more than 3 miles you have to call a cab.
Review 9：The building is pretty new, very clean, but it's not a hotel, you have your nice apartment with kitchen and everything, two flat TVs, many swimming pools, spa.
Review 10：The beds and pillows require replacement. We could not even use the fold out coach matrass, was very thin and uncomfortable. Rooms definitely a let down for the lovely resort facilities

Review 12：we did not like the sofa bed. It was not comfy sleeping on them. We need to used the cushion of the sofa to allocate them under the mattress to make it what better. Even then it was not comfy sleeping on it.
Review 13：It was our first time staying at vacation village at Weston! We rented both A and B apartments. it was very spacious, especially by having kids in the party. We love the location. just 7 min from Saw grass mill malls. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was in place. The kids love the swimming pool. The place was clean. We would love to stay next year again.
Review 14：Arrived and were put into a room with no balcony, had booked 2 months before requesting balcony. On arrival were told they were overbooked, we were then put into a room in bonaventure which was a pain as we were with family and they were in the vacation village in Weston. We were about 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Not happy:(
Review 15：Maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and prompt, however reception was "sorry for your luck" when asked if the manager was there they lied and we found out minutes later he was indeed there, his response "oh they probably did not realize I was here.
Review 16：Pull out sofas have very flimsy mattresses. Had to double them onto one sofa bed to make it comfortable to sleep on, so really only sleeps 6 adults comfortably I would say.
Review 17：Had an A/B apartment that sleeps up to 8. Large, clean, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with two well equipped kitchens. Nice pool. Laundry facilities on each floor. Didn't use the gym, but looked good.
Review 18：they try to sell you time share by saying you get a free breakfast or lunch and then when you go its a whole interview and took us 3 hours! You do get a gift for doing this but on vacation its just too long

Review 57：I was attacked by bed bugs in my room. After suspecting severe mosquito bites for a few days, the itchiness got too bad so I went through the bedding etc in my room and found living bed bugs under my bed (so underneath the mattress etc). The bites were extremely itchy and even after medicine they kept me up at night.The staff moved me to another building once I informed them of my findings (they did, however, imply that I had brought the bugs in myself, which I found insulting). They brought in an exterminator to the room, but would only compensate for getting my clothes cleaned after days of fighting. They also claimed my suitcase - which had been on the bedroom floor the whole time as the rooms do not have those convenient suitcase stands - would be fine to use after the exterminator's visit, but would not speak to the exterminator specifically to confirm (even after I asked about this several times). I was suspicious, as my bag was full of stuff during the chemical extermination and it had not been moved at all, so I was not convinced it would be clean. In the end I had to buy a new suitcase, as I was simply not confident that the old one had been cleared. The staff didn't seem to care, although they knew.The communication throughout this process was extremely poor: I was told my clothes would be cleaned, then this was denied (I was then told I would only receive quarters for the washing machines so I could spend my own time washing my clothes). After a fight the hotel promised to compensate for the dry cleaning, but I had to take the clothes to the dry cleaner myself - for "liability reasons" the staff would simply not touch them.Also although I had verified that the hotel has my mobile number, they insisted on contacting me only by calling my room (apparently the staff are not allowed to call foreign mobile numbers).Sorting this issue not only took me precious holiday time, but also cost me sleepless nights due to the bites.
Review 58：The pool area was ok. The location was close to Sawgrass Mills and loads of other shops and restaurants.
Review 59：We realized in the first night that they didn`t changed the sheet bed since the last customer. The sheet was dirty. The housekeeping service was made only 4 days after we arrived at hotel. So, they would have asked for it earlier. And they offer to you a deal that you pay $20 for a breakfast and you are granted with a dinner cruise (Jungle Queen). However, to get the dinner cruise they ask you to rate 2 rooms just for bussiness control, instead it was more like a showroom where they were interested to sell time-share of the rooms they were building. It could be awkward, if you are not interested on it.
Review 60：We had a great time. We rented both A & B. The rooms are very spacious. Having two bathrooms is a big plus. Fully equipped kitchen. The pool is also large so you have plenty of space even if crowded. Great place for vacationers and locals to have a stay-cation.
