Review 1：I had never stayed in this hotel before. I was very happy with the hotel and accommodations. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No noise was heard from the rooms next door. The young woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Review 4：Even though it was renovated, it still had a run down look to it. The furniture needs to be updated. The walls need to be updated. It just looks like they took paint and covered OVER the problems. In my room, the fridge did not work. Then, right at 10:30 am, the key to my room stopped working! Check out is 11:00 am, NOT 10:30 am. The breakfast was awesome, but they need to stop being so cheap on the waffle batter. It was waaaaaay too watered down. Put some eggs in that batter!

Review 9：Our stay at Governors was really good. We received a warm welcome from Raquel at Reception and our room was extremely comfortable and clean. The locator was also ideal as it was along all the restaurants, Bricktown and Walmart was also close by.

Review 10：Hide a bed open...was very uncomfortable. Need a mattress pad like one for hikers who sleep on the ground. They are thin but comfortable.

Review 13：Had multiple issues with reservations and billing. Although I booked the room for multiple nights, I was told that the room was only available for 1 night and that there was nothing that could be done to change that. I had to wake up early the next morning to talk to the day manager, who was able to fix the problem and open the room for the duration of my stay. But then I realized that they overcharged me (instead of a $60 deposit, I was charged $70). And my room key stopped working midway through my stay because they only had booked the room for 1 night. Overall, within the span of 24 hours I was overcharged, locked out of my room, and had to talk with multiple people to confirm the length of my stay (even though I had my confirmation email as proof of the initial reservation). Way too much hassle for a good price.

Review 18：I travel to random cities, for the most part, I've never been to. I'm retired and am now involved in Christian Ministry. I like to economize, so at times I find myself reserved in a hotel that is quite inadequate. Again, I recently had to travel to a city unfamiliar to me, Oklahoma City, OK. Let me sincerely say, that everything from the motel ambiance (décor), cleanliness, hassle free internet to the service, was very impressive. The atrium/dinning area has an abundance of live trees and plants comparable to some of the most expensive motels I've seen. The hot continental breakfast was outstanding. The room was very clean and spacious, with quite adequate amenities. I stayed for 3 days/nights and every desk clerk was great. I had an early flight out and the 'night desk personnel' went out of his way, as he was aware that I had a 5 AM flight and unprovoked, made coffee at 3:30 AM for me. I live in Buffalo, NY and if I ever return to Oklahoma City, there is no doubt where my accommodations will be reserved at. You made my stay in Oklahoma City an enjoyable endeavor as I attended my business in your city. I am amazed at the product and service you provide for the value. The Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce needs to be informed of how you represent yourself and subsequently your city (and I assure you, they will). Review 19：The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are very nice. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of the breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

Review 20：No housekeeping came on Saturday. We stayed Friday, Sat and left Sunday. Breakfast could be better but the price was right.

Review 23：This place is a pure delight, I love the room it has everything we could possibly need to allow us the comfort we needed during our prolonged stay. Beds are great, a/c is quiet and works well, lived the courtyard and the quiet found here. Even the fridge has a freezer and the cabinets are so roomy. Live the couch and table and chair. So very clean all the time. Staff is exceptional and so very nice. I love it here!

Review 24：A little disappointed in the breakfast. Staff was there but not refilling things. Out of eggs, potatoes (very few) only one biscuit. Breakfast is till 10am and this was at 9:25.

Review 39：Via booking.com we got a very affordable rate for a 4-day weekend stay. The facility is well-maintained and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Review 84：Extremely disappointed. Apparently under renovation to bring up to 3 star qualifications. Lobby in disarray and very dated. Construction error caused big crack between shower and wall, TV cords strung along wall (no way to be corrected later) bad mattress, thin walls, closet height was so low, I couldn't hang ANY clothes- not even my husbands shirt- even the "mini" ironing board was leaned across the front because it wouldn't fit. I have pictures if anyone is interested.

Review 85：Location. Outside appearance good, carpet looked new and was clean. Rate would have been excellent IF it had been 3 star quality. Some renovations done, but poor quality- many corners were severely cut.
