Review 12：Nothing was included in the price of the room! They ask you extra money to use the spa center and extra money for breakfast! The Spa was supposed to close at 21:00 but at 20:10 the lady working there was already leaving the hotel... The bed had extremely soft mattress - not at all orthopedic I woke up with pain in my back!

Very kind, polite, helpful, professional staff at the reception, at the restaurant and everywhere in the hotel made our stay nice and pleasant. Rooms are comfortable and specious, breakfasts fresh and tasty. All together guarantees the best spiritual experience in this holy place on Earth.

The waiter in the restaurant seemed to have no fun anymore in his job. The hotel owner probably came to the restaurant the other night, and was starting a conversation next to our table. Didnt have any eye for his guests. Such a pity. - Prices for SPA (20EUR!) way too high.

Review 53：I was very disappointed with the lack of information given to me about the local area, i.e, I booked a taxi at the reception desk to collect me and my child at 5.30am. I was not informed that the time had moved forward an hour. I was not informed when the taxi arrived for us in the morning at 5.30am. We therefore missed our prepaid bus to the Dubrovnik Airport. We had to pay €130 for a taxi to take us to the airport. This caused much stress to myself and my young son. We had previously paid €30 for the bus, so in total it cost me €160 to travel to the airport. Due to the lack of communication and reliability form the staff I would be reluctant to recommend this hotel to my family and friends who travel to this area regularly
