Review 1：We arrived at 1:45 a.m., the first room we checked into. One of the beds had been made up, but when the sheets were pulled back, it had been slept in and not cleaned. The second room the moved us to, had roaches and the camode seat had fecal matter still on it. The ice machine was broken, breakfast was only partically available. After all of that we should have us free room, but 20% off for our inconvenience is the best they could do.

Review 2：The staff was very helpful. It was located very close to where we needed t be. The cost was great.

Review 3：Insufficient towels. Breakfast least to be desired......No eggs or sausage in the marked pans. Gravy tasted old and nasty. The biscuits were hard as bricks.

Review 6：The person who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. The location was close to our destination TAMU.

Review 11：Needed upgrading and restroom in the lobby needed cleaning. Price was doubled due to the graduation. Certainly not worth $200 a night

Review 15：Room was small. It is labaled as a 3 star hotel but it really is a 2 star motel. Check was at noon which was great but housekeeping rolls around their cartasince 8 am and the noise it makes its unbearable. Other than that it was pretty good for the price

Review 19：Room was not clean. Smokey. They moved us to a different room but key did not work. They gave new keys. They did not work. We were tired and were forced to deal with all the delays with out even an offer to be more helpful.

Review 20：The room was kind of dirty in my opinion. Not disgusting, but dirty enough I didn't want to walk around without my shoes on.

Review 24：Love that the motel is pet friendly, but first room smelled like cat urine. To be fair we were immediately given a new room. Continental breakfast was supposed to run until 9 a.m., but everything but make your own waffles was gone by 8:15.

Review 26：Smoking in a non smoking room, lights on the wall by the bed didn't work because the cord had been cut. Tub leaked water from the bottom of the tub onto the floor. Trash on stairwells.

Review 27：We emphasized our request for nonsmoking room however our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. They located another room and brought us the key which saved us from having to walk back to the office which was appreciated.

Review 28：I loved every minute of it, the staff was awesome and the room was amazing. I loved how it was decorated and how clean and nice it was. nothing about it was bad, the staff was very friendly and we even talked like we knew each other, I would definitely recommend staying there and will be willing to stay again.

Review 32：The staff were so accomodating. They allowed us to use the breakfast area to serve lunch to the group of high school athletes. They were what made the stay extremely special.

Review 33：There was not a safety lock on the door which opened to the outside. The TV and desk lamp did not come on. We killed a spider as soon as we walked in. There was a dead mosquito hawk on the floor. The room smelled like a wet dog. There were scary people sitting in cars staring at us as we put our bags in the car the next morning. This prompted U.S. To go eat breakfast somewhere else instead of go back in for breakfast.

Review 34：The room, linens, and towels were all dingy and very low quality. I wish I would have paid $30 more dollars for a nicer hotel.

Review 36：During my stay I told the staff every morning that the toilet took an hour to refill. They always stated they would have there plumber look at it. It never happened.

Review 37：Need more plugs or an outlet strip between the beds or you will unplug the lamp or the clock to charge your phone at the bedside.

Review 38：The room was clean, the amenities fit our needs and location was good. For our needs the room was good and would return.

Review 39：They did not provide enough towels when we got there and the second day they even gave us less had to go to front desk to get foot and bath towel the carpet was soaked in the room and they did not even check it out. For breakfast the waffles did not cook all the way and they hand no cream cheese for baegles. The staff even said they had been out for days. So much for breakfast. Fruit was all gone also Time i went down was around 7:00 am.

Review 41：The room was nicely decorated , roomy and clean. Wide screen had a large number of channels. The room was quiet and dark at night ,resulting in a good sleep. Breakfast was adequate but handy.

Review 50：There was not a late check out time for travelers that where coming in late night / early morning. They made no exception even after finding out the room was not even rental or reserved for that day. Even after after speaking with manager.They were not willing bend o. Their check out time even when offered to pay extra, not even for 30mins later. I have never had a hotel that would not try to accomadate their guest with a late check as long as the room was not already reserved for that day.It may only be an extra 30 mins or a extra fee for the service. Most hotels try to atleas extend some kind of extra courtesy to their guest who are needing a late check out in some way that can show good customer service to their guest so they can continue to earn repeat customers and good recommendations from guest that have stayed in hotel.

Review 51：Poor cleaning!!! Ice bucket not emptied or rinsed, coffee cups not cleaned. Had to get wash cloths and towels every night (5 nights) when we returned to room. Bathroom not cleaned.

Review 56：the parking situation was bad. Had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk to our room. The room was a little worn down. Not by much just a little. We were only there to play a show so not a lot of time was spent in the room.

Review 64：There were long, black hairs in the sink and one was stuck on the door molding going into the bathroom. One coffee cup didn't appear completely clean. Suggestions: pay attention to detail when cleaning and switch to disposable, individually wrapped coffee cups. The sealed cups give guests an assurance that they are clean.

Review 65：The location was excellent and the reservation process was fast and flawless. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything in our room worked and we were satisfied with the value.

Review 68：There was some noise outside in the parking area and a little from the room behind and above us. Sheets did not feel "fresh" even though I do think they were clean. No way to plug phone chargers in by the bed. Got a call at 2:00 that said we were late checking out. I informed the lady we had turned in our keys and checked out around 9:00am after breakfast. She said we had left luggage in the room. I told her we had our 2 pieces of luggage we came with. She had a bit of an attitude with me. Made me wonder how well the room had been cleaned before us if somebody had left unfound luggage. Don't know what the end result was there.

Review 69：A good value for a "motel". Good location. Newly remodeled so it felt mostly fresh and clean. Room stayed very cool through the night, so it was comfortable.

Review 70：There are no grab bars in the shower/tub area. I had to leave the door open and use the doorknob as a hold for getting in and out of the shower.
