Review 1：We waited several minutes at the desk before being greeted or acknowledged to check in, even when front desk staff passed by us, but the woman who finally did end up helping us was very nice.
Review 2：We loved our view of the woods and winding creek, even had several deer pass next to our room while out on the balcony! We liked that it's located a bit off of the main strip in the Dells so it was peaceful and relaxing. Great weekend there!
Review 3：Stunningly disappointed in the breakfast. Poor quality and few options. They obviously are not concerned about off-season visitors. Was going to say something at check-out but no one at desk.

Review 5：We liked playing darts in the lounge, driving our RC cars around the hotel, playing in the pool, and playing checkers on the big checker board. It was very quiet, we didn't hear anything from the rooms next door or in the hall. We also got free tickets to a water park.

Review 11：The bathroom in our room wasnt really that clean, it was horrible but it could have used a good scrub down. The breakfast that I read great reviews on was less than stellar. Basic and not that great.

Review 23：Counter staff was unpleasant when trying to check in and she was confrontational to other staff. Our room smelled like urine and so I asked for a different room. There was only one coffe packet for two adults. There was also one bar of soap and so we had to share that with the sink and shower.

Review 25：Room smelled like urine. Was dirty, Bathroom was dirty and very small, TV didn't work, WiFi rarely worked, refrigerator was warm. Lady who checked us in was very unfriendly, acted as if she was bothered to do her job, there was no breakfast left at 7am not enough room to get through where tables were set up horrible set up. Swimming pool water had a bad smell and left oder that smelled like dirty feet.

Review 41：The fact that we couldn't go to the casino because 19 yr old our daughter wasn't 21. I just don't understand how she can have an alcoholic drink at dinner in Wisconsin (as long as she is with her parents) but she can't go into the casino with her parents. Just doesn't make sense to me.
Review 42：Staff was super friendly. The free passes to the water park were a great perk plus all of the coupons they provided. 20% off an entire meal for a family of 4 was nice. The lounge with the drinks and darts was great too.Would have loved to use the free shuttle to the casino too but that didn't work out.
Review 43：Exercise room was not good. A small room with a tread mill and bike. TV didn't work. Tread mill kept "slipping" when running, had to hang on to railings to run and not fall.

Review 49：They seem to lack vacuum cleaners. In 5 days spent in the motel our room was not vacuumed once. And they're stingy on the toilet paper.

No sense in paying for a stay at awater park hotel when we planned to visit the outdoor water park. Thehotel was very clean...the rooms were nice and the beds werecomfortable. The breakfast was good...staff was polite and the pool areawas fine. If you are looking for a clean comfortable budget friendlystay this is a good choice. If you want a giant pool or indoorwaterslides then look elsewhere. I should mention that with our stay wereceived free passes to ChulaVista indoor water park.
Review 119：We stayed at the Wis Dells location, and we appreciated the free waterpark passes. We booked 4 rooms for us, our kids and grandkids, and were able to use a coupon. All in all it was a good value. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was a good choice for us. Also it had a nice breakfast.
