Review 1:This was a hotel that we always stayed at when in the DC/Maryland area since 2009. We always looked forward to a well-maintained, warm, comfortable room and very positive staff. NOT THIS TIME. Not well maintained and not a friendly staff. The housekeeping staff came by at 11 and was annoyed that we were still in the room...check out is noon.

Review 3:First floor room offers little prrivacy, drapes must be pulled to be sure. Pet owners walk their dogs on the limited grass area leaving the smell of pee etc. There are no mats at the entrance to the room. Breakfast is soso.

Review 5:I expected a room with kettle and stove, but I was given one without. When I saw into other rooms (on the last day) I realised they were equipped with cooking facilities, as I had expected from the photos.

Review 7:The staff seemed to be a unknowledgeable of hotel policies and practices. Questions were not answered accurately and services was delivered poorly. At the time of booking the website said breakfast included. However, when you arrive they tell you it's $3.00 additional dollars a day.

Review 22:Pool was less than desirable. Although the food was good, I had to ask for them to fill the buffet. They ran out of food and never filled it back up. No stove top in room although the web site said that there are stove tops in the rooms.

The outside hallways were dirty with leaves, dirt, cigarette butts, cups, dust, trash, but especially the stairways had lot of debris of cigarettes and trash. The outside noise made it uncomfortable. Noise of loud people in the pool late at night, people walking in and/or out of their rooms late at night who were somewhat inebriated and being loud. The kitchen did not have enough serve ware for 4. Either 1 spoon, 2 forks, 1 knife, 2 plates, 2 glasses. Far away from Metro Station, no transportation to metro.

Review 26:Where to start. We were given the wrong type of room,and not fixed, blood stain in bathtub, waiting 20 mins in restaurant, and no service. Internet kept going out. HORRIBLE!!!

We needed a kitchen for we areon a road trip and had perishable food w/c neededrefrigeration.Instead we were given a cramped, standard room.Instead ofunderstanding the situation, the clerk blamed booking.com and suggestedwe go to other hotels. We were tired,hungry after a long roadtravel.That was adding insult to injury.It was the first leg of our roadtrip and it started on the wrong foot.I Will never recommend this hotelat all.It's a black eye to booking.com.Whoever made a mistake,should own up to it and rectify what happened.

Review 36:We were a little nervous about this hotel because I saw mixed reviews online, but we had a good experience. We didn't get to the hotel until late at night, but were greeted warmly by the helpful clerk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a little kitchen area and comfortable bed. We only stayed one night, but it was a quiet, peaceful stopover.

Review 37:i prefer trafitional laundrin based on coin psyment or at leat to have the option to choose. I had eu card wich work with the chip and not with by swiping... so i had trouble could not get my laundrine done

Review 38:i didn't like the fact that I wasn't given the room that I paid for. Brought it to the managers attention, he told me if I could prove what I'm saying he would give it to e. Went to the front desk and my issue was not dealt with. The room I was in also had a leak because there was a huge wet spot in the room. The manager was more concerned with getting me out and reselling the room which he expressed verbally.

Review 40:The tub faucet had a leak which ran into the wall and soaked the carpet outside the bathroom. I was also surprised to learn the heat was turned off throughout the entire hotel so I couldn't heat the suite I was staying in. The temperature was in the 40's overnight.

The main problem was check-out time when I found out that the $50 damage fee that they make you pay up front in case any damages are made.. they kept my money on hold for 4 days . I was not told that my money was going to be held during check-out. very inconvenient; this is something that should be explained to guest when checking in.

Review 56:I paid for a King Suite and they gave my room away. I ended up staying in a standard, double bed room. The next day I called and they gave the room I paid for, but threatened to give it away if I didn't come and get the new key right away ( I was at a funeral when they left this message on my phone). The DVD player did not work, I only had one towel for both myself and partner to share. Over all it was a bad stay. Wont stay there again. Dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen ware, horrible service. Had to keep calling the front desk for them to bring us a cable for the DVD. Manager was rude. Very dissatisfied with the visit.

Upon returning following day we were given a dark room with two huge dumpsters in front. Bath tub appeared not to have been cleaned in the last month. Price charged did not match reservation. Agent had the nerve to offer "a complimentary" breakfast which was inferior to "C" rations. This is the 2nd such mess involving Hotels.com. Never again! Dennis J Perry

Review 98:The toilet didn't flush upon arrival, no trash can in the room, no pictures on any walls. Due to renovations ongoing, lots of clutter (tables & furniture stacked up on the sidewalks including a TV set that was on the exterior sidewalk (next to the parking spaces) for 2 days. My wife was in the room on Thursday morning when a service person entered our room unannounced (scared my wife tremendously!). Our room was in the back of the complex (interstate side), room 330. I felt like we were staying in what I've perceived to be a Motel 6 (I've never tried a Motel 6 due to it's perceived low priced, lower quality model). DLT

Review 104:I got locked out of my room. The key would not work. After going to the service desk 3 times. I finally had to have someone come with a manual key .

Review 105:very nice room and comfortable. I was only there overnight. Arrived late, 9:00 pm and checked out at 7:30 am the next morning. It was a very nice room. I had inner courtyard and it was a nice view.

I will definitely stay here again when I'm in thearea, and I will also recommend it to my family and friends!
