Review 1：The price for adding additional days and no housekeeping to check if you needed anything like tissue. And only one remote worked because of old batteries.

Review 2：The size of the unit

Review 3：The overall feeling of 614 felt cheap. The bed linens were worn out, the couch cushions were awkward and warped. The pots/pans were super scratched and wobbly. The knives (one large and one paring) were so dull it was almost dangerous to chop anything. We walked in and three light bulbs in a bathroom were out. (The desk gave us new bulbs to change out the bad ones.) The condo owners need to do more than just paint the walls to make this a more comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Review 4：We stayed in 614, the loft condo. The views of the lake were gorgeous. The walls, floors and counters looked recently redone. The indoor hot tub/pool were also nice. The woman working the desk was super friendly and helpful with food recommendations.

Review 5：The condo was very nice. Modern appliances, nice furniture, stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Overall the complex was clean, though we didn't use the pool or beach since it was October. It's a nice place to come back to after getting your fill of the tourist traps in the town. The wireless signal was a bit dodgy, but due to the size and layout of the complex I'm happy there was wireless internet access at all.

Review 6：cleanliness was not good. bathroom mirrors on main floor were both sprinkled with toothpaste water, throw rugs were badly stained, coffee table in living room had a strip of veneer on side that was almost off, pillows were extremely worn and flat, not enough hot water to fill the whirlpool halfway. Also the receptionist at the office was SLEEPING with her head on the counter when we arrived. we stood there for a few minutes before she even woke up.

Review 8：My fiance came to the Dell's to get married and stayed at Carribean Club because we were there two weeks prior to us getting married and absolutely loved it so we went back. I definitely recommend staying here

Review 9：Parking is limited. Brought 2 vehicles and our boat had to use secondary parking lot which was scary,tight and on incline

Review 11：Did not receive condo we reserved, Put in condo w/ 2 private residences between condo and main office/pool/amenities. Had to walk up to road and around to pool, approx. 1/4 mile. washer and dryer did not work. guest book stated that they had been reported to office 6 weeks prior and reminded of such multiple times by additional guests. closet had dresser and other stored items so full we could not hang clothes. When I spoke to the staff regarding the issues they acted surprised until I reminded them of the guest book entries then just received a week I'm sorry about the inconvenience. Had we received the condo we reserved we would have been on the main property. I feel management very deceptive as they had other vacant condo's and should not rent this one until the problems have been taken care of. Having known for over 6 weeks and done nothing is unacceptable.

Review 13：The condo was not appropriately air conditioned for 2-3 days of 91 degree weather. Sofa bed is really uncomfortable.

Review 14：Space is super Clean. Very spacious and good kitchen. Great Pool options and close to all other activities. Staff were kind.

Review 15：We would stay there again, but not in unit 403. Each unit is independently owned. This unit had an outlet in the kitchen that was unsafe and extension cords everywhere. The jacuzzi in the bedroom also had a pretty severe leak. The one frying pan was pretty disgusting.

Review 16：The location was fantastic and the facilities were really nice. It was really nice to be only 5 minutes from the water parks, but also away from the strip. The unit (403) was very quiet even though it was close to the road.

Review 19：The back deck had a board popping up, major hazard.. they did nothing about it. The entire deck was splinter city. The railing was very loose too. The "garden view" is a joke.. they have NO garden. The staff was rude and unable to answer simple questions. The pull out bed is a joke it's basically pure springs. I stayed in July. . They had pumpkins on their fireplace mantles. Half of their outlets were duds. On top of all that we were packed like sardines with all the other units. It didn't show it that way in their pictures. Horrible place. I'm not a picky person but a cheap motel would have been nicer.

Review 21：It should of had a bathrub shower instead of a hot tub in bedroom that used all of the hot water. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain and the parking lot was REALLY narrow.

Review 23：This unit didn't quite live up to the units I've had in the past. The beds were really hard and the heat didn't keep the living area warm enough when the temperatures dipped below zero.

Review 24：These condos are centrally located in Lake Delton and only 1/2 hour away from both Devil's Head and Cascade. Nice two bedroom condo with plenty of room for 4 grown kids (and all their stuff).

Review 25：I was put off by being asked to sweep the floor, take the garbage out, bring the pool towels back to the front desk at check out and generally "clean up." when I am staying somewhere I am usually pretty tidy but this went above and beyond what I am willing to do on a get away. there was a lot of salt for ice, it got everywhere, sweeping it up sucked.

Review 27：We wanted to use the fireplace, as it was very cold in our room when we arrived, but we weren't notified that you had to purchase logs for the fire. When we went back to the office to purchase one, it was closed. :/ The cable was very limited and the DVD rentals were expensive. We couldn't park near our room because all the stalls were taken by guests partying in other rooms. We had to park farther down and walk down the street with our luggage. We had to crank up the heat and wait in our jackets for our room to warm up before we could use the hot tub. After our stay, I noticed they had taken out an extra $100 from my account in case of damages to the room. We got the $ back the next day, but, we were never notified of the extra charge being posted to the account. It caused concern as there were lots of parties going on in other rooms and we feared that we were charged for damage that we didn't cause. After trying to contact the main office to verify the charge, there was no answer at the main office for most of the day and finally reached someone on a different security line. And, the towels were very small.

Review 28：Bed was very comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, silverware, etc. the jacuzzi was nice, but, the water wasn't very warm.

Review 29：dimly lit rooms, dust bunnies on the bath rm floor/walls, basic mattress,tv in LR did not work,clock was wrong time,air conditioner was high up on the wall which made it difficult to turn on. attempted to sit on the couch but found that it almost went as low as the floor! outside light of the unit was not working

Review 31：sandy beach area a bit small on our side. just a little outdated. there was a large whirlpool tub right next to the bed. we didn't use. if you did use it...it took 2-3 hours for the water to reheat. Deck was not cleaned. sap from pine trees all over the chairs and table. they just need to cover them to keep them clean. we were there on off season, but office wasn't open so we couldn't get pool towels or fireplace logs. office only closed on Mondays.

Review 32：Club located by Lake Delton in a wooded area. Our room was a condo with two separate areas. the bedroom had a small balcony that looked right out on to the lake. the other room was where the entrance to the condo was and it was right across from the outdoor pool and indoor pool which had a sauna and whirlpool. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, dishtowels even dish soap. Washer and Dryer was a nice touch. Two TV's one in each room. Pull out couch in living area. comfortable recliner chairs (2)

Review 33：The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable for my daughter to sleep on. There was no mattress pad and it was very thin and spring-y. The floors of our condo appeared clean, but we hall had black feet after walking barefoot inside. Listening to loud Top 40's hits on the outside speakers at the pool and beach got very old very quickly- it could have been quieter, or ended earlier in the day (it was very distracting and annoying at sunset).

Review 34：We liked the family-friendly atmosphere, the pools were fun for young families, and sunset on the beach was great. The king-sized bed in our condo was a treat for us. The kitchen was very clean and had nice plates and glasses.

Review 37：not enuf linens in one room (orange decor) the other room had LOTS and we did borrow from them.. The rooms need a list of what is there. I was stressed waiting to hear all was well with how we left the rooms.. Being this was the first time we 'rented' someone elses condo/rooms. we wanted all to be well. But this would not deter us to recommend or return to your establishment. We also did not know that we had patio chairs that went with our room. We found out the 2nd day after another room renter returned our chairs...they needed them for their party, and we had not checked in yet, so they 'borrowed' them. hmmmm.

Review 38：we had two rooms, with wonderful view. rooms were comfortable (next to one another).. ages 8-70. (birthday celebration.) Everything was available. My husband loved his birthday celebration and the comfort of the room.

Review 39：The sink was plugged. There was no plunger. You are expected to do your dishes before you leave. That made it a pain.

Review 81：snow removal was poor, unkeep of units not very well, found a purple finger nail under the bed. For $200 a nite I except more durring a winter stay. when nothing in the dells is even open. If they want to command that price they will need to update . As is sits i wouldnt pay $50.00 a nite

Review 83：The staff was working upstairs at 8am puting in new doors the noise was bad lasted until 11am. Then I was not told about the 300.00 deposit very bad got home and could not pay my bills. because my money in a pre authorization mood. This made something so good turn out to be bad because now you need gas i just had enough money for my trip.

Review 85：The condo we stayed needed updating, the bed and couches had spots on them. The neighbors upstairs from us was pretty loud at 2am and we woke up to party strings on the ground and bushes out the back door. They was kind enough to come down and pick it up.
