Review 1：Strong mildew smell. Not a high quality resort. Walk from room to main check-in reception area is through a parking lot and service area (dumpster).

Review 3：Carpet is old, mildew smell. Needs a shampooing. Curtains were very dusty. Stayed in 108-3. All hotels everywhere should just have tile though. Especially in Florida with the high humidity as that contributes heavily to any property.

Review 5：We were there on New Year's Eve. The parking was terrible. There was not sufficient parking and they had some sort of celebration going and those guest used parking of overnight guests. Neither electrical outlet worked in bathroom.

No shampoo or other toiletries available, only hand soap. Beeping noise from smoke detector in hallway all night. Broken glass on floor in dining room. Breakfast eggs were cold. Total waste of money, never again

Review 18：My wife and I needed a quite place to get away from the hustle and bustle and BRS was exactly that. It was safe could jog around the place after dark if desired. Love the nature setting with the canal in the back with fish and ducks. The whole place was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The room was huge by our standards like an apartment with comforts of home.
