Review 1：What a great place On the Beach Super Clean Great Bed Thanks for a very relaxing weekend Got there in the rain and Debbie walked me to my room and made sure I was comfortable
Review 2：Dirty (floor, sink, coffee pot, dead roach etc), lumpy saggy mattresses, noisy old aircon units, no coffee and expensive to buy from reception. All in all a disappointing stay, especially considering the price.

Review 9：This is a sweet "Old Florida" motel..delightfully .refurbished with Beachy decor. I loved it!! Perfect spot overlooking the ocean. Immediate access to beach. Comfortable new lounge chairs. I can't wait to stay again.. Only this time for a few weeks!

Review 24：WiFi did not work - told it would be fixed the second day of my stay and it never was. Lizards in room (#4)- you could see the light through the door at night, that is how they were getting in. Bathtub was dingy and bedspread appeared to be as old as the hotel, I slept on top of a blanket on the bed.
Review 25：On the beach and it was quite even though it was on the A1A highway. Was good for the price. Reminds me of the adage, you get what you pay for. If you can live with the "what didn't you like" items I would suggest you stay here. Knowing these items going in I would stay here again.

Housekeeping needs to empty garbage and vacuum daily when there is so much sand nearby.

Review 76：Apartment was dirty and in state of disrepair. Shower knob came off, door knobs were loose. Furniture was old and dirty. Some blinds wouldn't open, others wouldn't close. Cable mostly didn't work, even with the fixes employees recommended.

Review 82：Not a lot to do for my teenage kids. There is no pool and everyone that stayed there was 65 or older. The property next door is condemned with lot of graffiti which took away from the relaxing get away feel.

Itraveled with my 6 year old boy and we had the best time at the cutestcottage like room with full kitchen big bedroom, big living room and acute little dining table. The motel is directly located on the beach andno streets have to be crossed to get there. The staff was super friendlyand there is nothing negative at all to say. It is not the Ritz CarltonHotel, but for the price nobody can complain. I actually feel I got morethan I had expected for a super price. I will 100% return and I hopethis place will be there for a very long time!!! All major hotel chainscan learn from a small operation like that. It does not take much tomake a customer happy and the staff at this Motel know how to do it.Thank you for welcoming us the way you did, we will be back!!!
