Review 1：was assigned a room in building that air conditioning was not working. Took over half an hour to get us into another room.
Review 2：location to what we were there for.
Review 3：The first night we arrived to the resort were sent to a building named "Heron 2" and there to a unit that was extremelly small, not clean, the bed was curb, some malfunctioning problems in the bathroom, etc. So, we barely slept and had a very bad night. First thing we did following day was to go to the Management to ask to be changed to another unit. They gave us an upgrade after we accepted to pay some additional amount. The new unit was as good as we were used to enjoy during each one of our almost 10 previous visits to the resort.
Review 4：The location is superb and some of the units are spacious, clean and with good maintenance.
Review 5：The staff never cleaned our room during our stay. We had to call several times for service and the only thing they finally did was bring 2 sets of towels. The only way to get the gate wireless Internet was to go to the front desk and pay which required us to get in our car to drive to the front desk. We decided not to bother with it.

Review 7：The cheated me when they talk about free wifi. It wasnt . I had to payto have it, unless I moved from a distance from the building to thelobby to have it. Not fair.

Review 13：They decided to remodel the room above ours, including removing/repairing the tile floor. They agreed to to move us to a room one floor down. One employee showed up with a cart. He left. It took 4 trips with two carts and almost 1 1/2 hours for my wife and I to move. Thanks for the help! The original room had a nice 42 in flat screen TV. New room had an old 19 in tube TV. We were told we would have to move again to the 7th floor if we wanted a better TV. We were told that as long as the room had a TV. there was nothing they could do. cold and uncaring.
Review 14：Check in took about 30 min because booking.com and time-share staff didn't have confirmation, even though I had a copy of confirmation. I chose this facility because it was conveniently located but I didn't get to stay at that location I was sent a a few blocks away. At 5am I went to take a shower only to find no bath towels or other conveniences (shampoo/conditioner) Was not aware this was a time-share and not a hotel. Thought it was a special deal, would have paid more for a hotel.

Review 20：The room attendance did not do a good job at cleaning...we stayed for 13 nights.... the attendance came every four days but it looksp like the only thing they did was swap out the towels and made the bed...they did not touch the shower stall...i had to clean the shower stall myself because i could see the grime and mold on the shower wall and floor. Another problem was one of the supervisors at the front desk her customer relations was poor.....mind you the two different gents that checked me in and out was awesome....but i had to call the desk at some point and this lady was awful

Review 22：Our room was not spot cleaned on our fourth day. The pool had poop in and it was hard to find or get anyone to take care of it, It did finally get cleaned.

Review 25：At 12:30 AM as I was headind to bed to sleep I saw a tick on the wall next to my bed. I got so scared I put it on a ziplock and took pictures of it and other crawling insects. I then called the reception. They sent somebody who checked the room and confirmed that they were insects in the room and they gave me another room. I had to move in the middle of the night while I was exhausted.

Review 27：Old dirty pools parking is horrid sprinklers ruins your car every night tiny gym and charges $25 a week for WiFi you would think such a huge resort it would be included and they would have a bigger gym one of the bedrooms had a 19inch tv outdated furniture and had a bad smell in bathrooms and halls never again
Review 28：I noticed a roach crawling in the hallway. Also, not much for housecleaning to do. I'm a strict cleaner and they don't have to do much anyway, but to know that if it wasn't clean we'd be charged extra for housecleaning to do their job was a bit much.
Review 29：Bed was comfortable. Kitchen amenities were very nice. Jacuzzi tub was a plus for the A suites.
Review 30：The place constantly stunk the entire time. I asked maintenance to come and change the filter and that didn't help. The refrigerator had an awful smell. We brought air freshener and it helped for awhile, but the smell would return. The tile in the shower was old and the grout was discolored. I took showers with my flip flops on my feet. The bed was awful, the springs on one side of the bed was broken. I had to sleep on th couch, but didn't let out the sofa bed. The furniture needs to be updated. Mismatch furniture and decor. This could be a good place to stay, if RCI would remodel the entire place. I could see that they are trying to make some updates, but don't rent the rooms if the place isn't in 100% shape. My family wants to try the vacation village at Weston next time, because they seem to be newer and more updated.
Review 31：Location, size of 2 bedroom lockout condo. At first look everything looks really clean in the condo. Maintenance timing for completing request to change dirty air filter. Updated flat screen TVs in all rooms. Pool right next to the Heron 1 building. Pool stayed open until 11am. Felt safe.
Review 32：Tv's were small old tube design. Staff entered room without knocking or calling, twice. We were in bed once. There two weeks unit cleaned once. Cust Serv/Sales to pushy. When I said no thank you to time share it means no. Paying for WiFi? Really? Who doesn't desire it. Daily cost of unit is false.

I slept with my sister in a 1 queen bed, my brother took the sofa bed and my other sister had to stay at my daugthers house in pembroke pines fl. Very uncomfortable situation. The area of the room was too small and everything too crowded together. I wouldnt stay there again.

Review 45：We rented a one bedroom unit - it was on the second floor of heron 2. The location was convenient to stairs, pool and parking. It was clean when we arrived - did not appreciate being hounded by the sales lady to sign up for a free breakfast - we were trying to be polite, but she did not take the hint of NOT interested. Other than that, Raymond and the maintenance were awesome - had problems with the safe - fixed; had problems with bed, fixed with a NEW mattress. Awesome customer service. Thanks so much (other than the time share group... A fabulous trip.
Review 46：No control over which block you stay in and some are quite a distance from the centre. Can be difficult to park when busy. Some of the blocks are now starting to look a bit tired and could do with refurbishing.

Review 49：The pool area doesn't fit the population. We have opted to gym an Athletic Club in the area for our stay. Real gym, ( hard to believe the on site " workout area" an be described as that. For a couple hundered dollars we enjoy everyday of our stay and do not attend the on site functions.
Review 50：staff is friendly but I would think a staff catering to mostly Americans would all be able to speak the English language. This is our 10th consecutive year staying here so it must nit be a real problem. Just as annoyance. (as is becoming most of south Florida).Maintainace comes quickly if needed. Property is well maintained with workers daily.
Review 51：The condo itself was very outdated, overall it was clean, but the floors had not been washed in some time. All of our feet/socks were black from walking on it. We were not in the room much so it was fine.
Review 52：It was a safe place for families to stay, and there were a few pools to choose from. Although we got the overall feeling that the regular tennants did not enjoy the splashing and noise that come with having kids around. There are plenty of things driving distance from here, very close to everglades.

Review 58：After being walked from another property that was oversold, arrived at the location at 4:30 am. Staff gave us a map to find our building in the middle of the night, the map had letters so small that we could not read, there was no signage on the buildings and on the street. We could not find the building among other 10 or more in the middle of the night. After going back and complaining they assigned us an unit next to the registration office. Staff was very unprofessional. We asked late check out and the maximum that we got was until noon. This is a condo hotel. If people are there to make guests fell that they are unwelcome, they should not pretend to be in hotel business. Booking.com needs to put a disclaimer, very visible, that is a condo hotel, so people know what to expect. In the hallway there was a strong smell of mold.

Review 61：Didn't like being lied to about location of building I was staying in, or how outdated it was in relevance to the photos shown on the website. I'm handicapped, and was told my building was a short walk across the street, from the business function I was attending. In all actuality I had to drive almost 2 miles to the function. Was told the resort had a shuttle that would take us to all parts of resort, but was nowhere to be seen till I was checking out. Was offered a free buffet breakfast, then expected to take a tour of resort, and make a purchase of timeshare. Then treated extremely bad, because I had wasted their time. Even though, I had told them for 2 hours that, I couldn't afford their time share. Will never stay here again, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
Review 62：Desk reps were friendly, and dressed neatly. The maids were friendly, and helpful. The room, had been nice at one time, but was well worn and in urgent need of repair. But, was comfortable, and climate controlled adequately.
