Review 1：Nothing bad.
Review 2：It was super cozy and comfortable. Perfect spot for a couples weekend getaway. The set up makes you feel very welcomed and I would stay there again.
Review 3：The booking process was a bit complex. Booking.com took our AmericanExpress to hold the booking, but then it turned out that only Visa wasaccepted by the provider so we had to switch to visa after the fact(this is probably a problem with booking.com). Then we had to sign andreturn a confirmation form for the booking to be complete. Just morehassle than I'm used to.
Review 4：We were looking for a hotel to stay at a couple of nights before headingout on a cruise about a week before our trip. Though not cheap, this wasthe least expensive place we found. We hadn't realized when bookingthat it was a suite with kitchen, bedroom and living room. Very comfy.The reservation agent was helpful and held our luggage for us after wechecked out. Good dvd selection.

Review 6：I liked the fact that we could drive right up to the door, and unload. Convenient location to fishing off the beach. Cozy accomodations. Very clean, and comfortable. Deborah Hafemeister who manages the property was extremely helpful. Highly recommend the property.
Review 7：Small bathroom, with limited storage/ shelving. No blackout curtains in the bedroom which are a necessity in Alaska in the summer!

Review 13：The unit was clean and welcoming. It rained for the three days we were there, so coming home to warmth and comfort made the trip more pleasant. Also, I enjoyed a leisurely walk along the water on the walking path near the unit.
Review 14：Self check-in was ludicrous. They expect you to read a novel of instructions (which I did). The person you will never see expects to be paid in cash. When you pay with a credit card you are extorted for a 5% fee, despite the fact that MasterCard charges at most 2.75% swiped/3.75% unswiped to a merchant, super miserly. The plethora of instructions state "leave it as you found it"; ownership is disinterested. There was an old burittio & 2 tacos on the front porch & a bunch of nasty cigarette butts in a mug of water on the back porch. Tried to call manager, no answer & no voicemail, instructions stated they are NOT available on weekends. Rudely called by manager on our departure day "Sunday" for not traveling to their office to swipe credit card, despite the "instructions" that state they are not their on weekends and the customer is being charged an extra 5% anyway. Lastly $15 a day for 1 child, despite the fact that unit includes a fold out bed. NOT recommended
Review 15：The room itself was fine and in a good location. It was ok for sleeping. Seward itself is a great place and cruising Kenai Fjords is awesome.
Review 16：The stoves of the kitchen weren't so clean. The booking procedure and the final payment has been a little bit tricky.

Review 18：Lack of rug by front door to put wet and dirty shoes--inside the apartment-- not outside on the stoop. (and the expectation that the white carpet would be kept spotless) Problem with Internet access-- which was eventually fixed.
Review 19：Delightfully and tastefully decorated with Alaska "touches". Wonderfully comfortable bed. GREAT heating system-- dried us right up after being in the rain all day. Away from the "crowds" but close enough to everything to enjoy. If it hadn't been raining the view would have been fantastic! I plan on booking again next time we're in Seward!
