Review 1：Bar staff and some waiting staff very unfriendly. Hotel very dark,poorly lit. Reception unhelpful when checking out I requested a room forthe day as my flight was a late evening one. In email I got toldshouldn't be a problem, when I asked it was a "IMPOSSIBLE"grunted at me. Also requested rooms close to the rest of my family, butgot put in opposite side of hotel. Took three days to move!!

Review 8：It was a bit far from the airport, and many of the staff didn't speak English. Also some evening entertainment kept changing, like a show that in the end turned into karioke (and the song selection was ancient!). The food also wasn't great, but maybe that's a good thing-how i would have stuffed myself otherwise;).
Review 9：Loved the hotel and the variety of entertainment for all ages - aqua aerobics, football, archery, tennis, football, step, water polo, volleyball, kids disco etc etc. The staff was very friendly, so those who did speak English were so lovely.
Review 10：-We booked a family suite but due to overbooking we spent one night in a family room, we were promised for a sea&pool view suite and instead we got a scrap yard view!! -Excellent hotel if you speak German or Turkish otherwise you will not enjoy any facilities more than the standard package (Hotel night parties, local trip agencies) even the city hospital doctors are German speaking.

Review 12：Outside of the hotel, walk to the village and do not like andattractions, such as the village,so that the field can disco, animalfood. Location of the hotel for moved to Manavgat, Antalya or Alanya isvery remote location. The bathroom is flooded,cleanliness of the room isnot enough. I think about the poor cleaning staff left for five days wasless than 7 lira and did not give importance to cleanliness. Low-qualitytoiletries,a children's club name should be changed. I suggest"no kids, no play": ( poor animation in room internet (wi - fi) problem, the solution is called for, the staff response will beresolved, but the day is over.
