Review 1：Not really any bad experiences but the structure of the indoor and outdoor waterpark look like it could've been updated looked brown and molding in some spots.

Review 2：We had a great stay The kids loved it everything was wonderful the staff was awesome. Had an issue with the TV and the staff responded right away and fixed it! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family!

Review 7：The Indoor and outdoor water parks were perfect for the kids to play and the adults to relax yet see the kids at all times! Great place to spend the 4th of July, you can see several firework displays while staying right at the resort! Wonderful location to everything in the Dells! Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a super vacation!

Review 8：General cleanliness of place. In every entrance and exit, the area between the two doors, was the smell of body odor. Very noticeable. I informed a member of the staff, who went and checked,and she blamed the luggage carousel in the front entrance. but how that would include all the entrances and exits I do not know. Once you got in the lobby it was alright but between door outside and door to lobby I had to hold my breath. Bleach I think would have done wonders. Pool area inside and out, looked a lot better online than for real. Also the housekeeping staff did not vacuum the carpet in the room every day.

Would have been nice to get the coupons when we picked up the rist bands as it would have saved us money for the other attractions we did after noahs arc.

Review 14：had to walk through a wedding reception to go back and forth to the pool. Got many Dirty looks when we were trying to have fun with our son. They should not have put us by the wedding rooms.

Review 16：Room service came too early the first day and not at all the second. We had stinky diapers in room so that didnt smell great. A complimentary breakfast as simple as cereal and toast would have been nice.

Review 20：When we had a question after checkout earlier that day, the hotel staff had no record of us staying there. Someone misspelled our last name which wasted valuable vacation time. The staff did not apologize for this inconvenience :-(

Review 21：The hotel is dirty!! Desperately needs updating. The carpeting in the room was filthy. Towels were threadbare. The coffee maker spewed coffee all over the bathroom vanity where it was located. Overall, it was awful.

Bathroom grout looked moldy, but was told it was not moldy but repaired in different color. Room inconveniently laid out, very small bathroom, not very clean or welcoming.

Review 32：Outdated and no free breakfast. They really could have a free breakfast like most places. There are also many other places to stay within 10 minutes that are better, around the same price, and include more (like free breakfast) and better water parks.

Close to outlet mall, staff provided free discounts to many area attractions as well as discounted tickets to Noahs Ark. Breakfast was good value.

Complain too much or be too picky would maybe enjoy great wolflodge next time we stayed until Easter Sunday and that morning theEaster bunny came around to rooms Good thing we saw him hopping to theelevator because he failed to stop at our room so I sent my 2 yr oldchasing him probably better that way Apparently they were supposed tocharge for his visit

Review 90：The water park was not great. It was cold in their and the water wasfreezing. There was no lifeguards so there were kids running aroundknocking over all the little children. The room also was not great forthe price. The comforters were thin and cheap.
