Review 6：I love the location on Perth CBD, was given a cute courtyard clean and quiet room. All equipment worked, especially the AC thankfully as the temperatures were in the 30s. I was fortunate that my transport the following day allowed me to have a leisurely breakfast, a real treat and definitely one to enjoy always. Am pleased a modern elevator has been installed

Review 8：Very nice hotel, and friendly staff. We had to check out really early, so a breakfast tray was sent up to the room with lots of 'goodies' and more food than we could eat. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was just fantastic.

Review 24：The staff made everything they could to help me find a quiet place for an interview I made with a writer. The executive manager was so kind to let us use his office. What's more, they treated us with coffee and cake. What else would you expect? More than I could imagine. They also have this open buffet breakfast included in the price. A wide range of brekkies for international visitors. The location is also great. At the heart of the city. I would love to come back.

Review 54：The coffee in the restaurant at breakfast was dreadful. Toilet paper a bit thin so needed to use more. There is no internal connection from reception to restaurant which is okay during fine weather. You have to walk out onto the street and down to the corner to enter the restaurant. This didn't bother me, but just saying in case it bothers others. However, there is a door from reception to their cake/coffee/sandwich shop next door if you're just after a light lunch or drink to take to your room.

Review 55：Friendly welcome by reception. Very clean everywhere I went in the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean, big enough for me, huge comfy bed and pillows. Great breakfast smorgasbord.Lovely decor befitting a boutique Swedish hotel/restaurant. Full smorgasbord breakfast is included in the tariff (which is very reasonable for a capital city).

Review 63：When I got to my room it was a twin room even though I had booked a superior queen room. I picked up the phone to ring reception but it didn't work. So I traipsed downstairs and told them that there is a mistake with my booking and the woman who came to fix it was quite clearly annoyed. Two single beds were moved together and I slept with the join in the middle. I felt like I was a nuisance for them however I was offered a complimentary meal that evening which made up somewhat. It's not somewhere I would hurry to book again as it is quite expensive for what you get.
