Review 1：That the activity center was to far. And not much to for my grandkids.

Review 2：I liked the comfortable feeling of home away from home. Also they supplied every thing u needed.and it was close to everything.can't get over the cleanness I am a germ phobia I brought all my own bedding tissue wash towels bleach pots and pans e.t.c. And didn't have to use any of it.

The living room tv was small in comparison to room size also. They should invest more into their TV options, since this place in frequented often by vacationers.

Review 13：The location was great. About 10 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells. there was a nearby mall to buy whatever you may need. they had many amenities; pool, pool table, indoor tennis, squash court, playroom, etc. to keep everyone happy.

Review 14：We had 14 adults and rented 3 -2 bedroom villas. There was enough space to gather for a couple of social mealtimes as well as nice facilities at the rec activities center.

Review 15：The staff there was wonderful. The unit was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location was great -- close enough to the Dells and all the activities there but far enough away to feel like you were nestled in a quiet place in the woods. It was great.

Review 27：The whole resort was laid out nicely. The location is a close drive to local attractions, but also offers you quietness and privacy. Make sure to set time aside to walk around the property and explore the paths that lead to the water and small waterfall.

Review 28：we had to clean our room daily and throw away our garbage, also not a wide selection of channels on the TV. we had previously stayed at another resort previously "meadowbrooks "also in Wisconsin, and our room was cleaned daily by the staff, also we had a clean supply of towels daily.

Review 32：Unfortunately, both the queen bed and sofa sleeper mattresses were very uncomfortable and frankly need to be replaced. Very seldom do I complain because I appreciate the cost of upkeep of a resort such as this and I try to make the best of a difficult situation, but I feel very strongly that this situation needs to be addressed.

Review 33：Outdoor pool is very clean and just the right size. The water temperature is perfect. The deck surrounding the pool has a nice view. Love the pond, paddleboats and bikes. I really enjoy the fact that the location is so near to everything that the Dells has to offer yet it is very peaceful here. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the shower/restroom area and the fact that the pools are open until 10 p.m. My family has spent the last 15 years enjoying their time here and look forward to many more years to come. It feels like home away from home for us.

Review 34：Toilet handle was loose and toilet ran on. Hard floors were VERY dirty - we had to wear shoes indoors or get black soles. Counter top laminate flapping loose at end of kitchen counter. Dirty clothing from previous guest on closet floor. didn't notify management as we were only staying 3 nights and had very busy schedule.

Review 49：The unit had baseboard heaters and window type air conditioners. The a.c. units were loud and a little insuffient on the second story. The baseboard heaters controls lacked appropriate directions for use and miscommunication with the staff led to our personal cooler being melted. The positive was the staff compensated us above our expectations!

Review 50：Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. This was a very family friendly property with lots of activities. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pools and DVD rental. If we had more time would have used the basketball and tennis courts and paddle boats. Property was 10 minute drive to water parks and very close to shopping. Take advantage of discounts property offers to area attractions and dining, we saved a lot on water park admission. We will be back! Tip: bring your own charcoal if you want to grill out.

Review 59：There is nothing not to like here. The house was immaculate, brand new everything. The location is gorgeous and family friendly. Each unit has a hotel keycard type lock system. After placing my infant, who was in her car seat, inside the door I turned around to grab something and the door locked me out. Long story short, their maintenance guy was there within 15 seconds of our call to the office. Absolutely amazing.

Review 60：Had problems with plumbing, heat,and cleanliness! Had to move us twice before they got it right. Last room was nice but poor to no connection for Wi-Fi. I just gave up!

Review 74：The property is dated and is in dire need of updating furniture, TV, etc. being a previous owner at this resort, I got rid of this timeshare for those same reasons. Unkept promises of updates to the properties which spans back to 12 years. Nothing has changed other than their ownership.

Review 75：The value compared to staying at a hotel is unmatched. Considering you'll have all amenities of staying at a resort with a much larger living quarters, compared to staying at a hotel with with no amenities, for around the same price, you can't beat it!

Review 76：I cannot begin to describe how happy I was with this facility and its people. I was in town for business, and my family came along for a mini vacation. My mother, who is a sweet but discerning woman was along. When she and the rest of my family walked in we were blown away by our villa. The size, decor, cleanliness - everything was fantastic. They also had already turned on the heat for us so we could instantly warm up from the cold upon our arrival! Apparently our villa had just been remodeled over the summer; and my sister, who has back problems, was thrilled by the whirlpool hot tub in her bathroom (she did a happy dance - no joke) and the soft but firm bed. My niece and nephew loved the flat panel tv's in almost every room; my brother-in-law loved the full size kitchen and fridge so he could easily and conveniently make food-allergy friendly foods for his kids without hassle; and my mother did not find a single thing wrong with any part of our stay (a minor miracle!!) and had a fabulous time. And most of all, I loved the staff. Due to my schedule at the convention, I couldn't get there in time for full check in, so they left keys with security for me to pick up in the wee hours of the morning. Whenever I called with questions, they picked up on the first ring, always ready to help. And, when my party got lost trying to find the place due to wonky gps, they had security physically meet them and lead them to their villa and make sure they made it ok and had everything they needed for their stay. In short, this is one of the best travel experiences I've had. They made everything so easy that no one in my family stressed out, and everyone raved about how great of a time they had relaxing there. I have to be around this area once a year for that same convention, and believe me, I'm NEVER going to stay anywhere else! THANK YOU Mirror Lake and Tamarack!

Review 77：Bed was too hard. Walls were too thin. Staff did not park very well when cleaning adjacent unit, no order and difficult for us to park in front of our unit.

We had like 3 total, which may be ok to some especially on vacation; but I'm a cook and I had planned to make very nice meals but it was a hassle only having 3 pots/pans. Also the hot water heater was shared between 3 condo units, so that made hot water very scarce!!! We would run out of hot water every morning by the second person's shower. The second day, we literally waited to mid-morning to shower hoping our neighbors were done using the hot water so we could have hot water to ourselves....not cool! The Wi-Fi barely worked in our unit, but the receptionist warned us about that so we were ok with it. Also beware, the walls are thin...thank goodness our neighbors were quiet, but I'm sure they heard our kids yelling and horse-playing!

Review 91：The resort was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and charming. For the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for anything more. For starters, booking the property was very easy...so easy that I was skeptical of the process going as smoothly as was hoped, but it did. When we arrived, checkin was quick and simple. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our 2 BR condo was clean and larger than what we expected. The bedrooms were upstairs along with a bathroom and downstairs was the fully stocked kitchen, living room (with pullout couch) and dining room area. There was a small patio as well. The condo was stocked with towels, extra blankets, etc.; but no toiletries though. I like that the resort was away from the strip (although it was a very short 2 minute drive to everything) and very close to the Super Walmart. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 92：I rented 2 villas and one was way nicer than the other like one was remodeled and one wasnt and neither had a working fireplace. Also didnt like that we had to check in with the front desk to do everything.

Review 93：Pool was VERY HARD to get to. Had to walk up a very uneven, unpaved grass and stone "path" from the room and it is hard for anyone the is older, younger, or has any trouble walking. TV in living room did not work. Remotes for TV's in both bedrooms did not work. Screen was broke so lots of spiders in the room. Never fixed the third TV. No street lights so very hard to drive and find your way at night.
